Extends the amount of time you get the cloak. for example: if you are standard, you would have it for like,,, lets say 10 seconds. But for sniper you prolly would have it for 15-20 seconds. There you go.
If you mean when you get a cloaking item, then it works the same as on other armors. But if you mean when you upgrade cloaking with a sniper armor, then I believe it makes you less visible then upgrading a regular armors cloaking.
Every time I try to play an online match when I am not energized it takes far too long to join a game, if it even lets me. It times out or just goes 2 minutes without letting me in a Edit: yup, just been trying for the past 30 minutes and I have yet to get into a game when I am not energized. When energized, I have had almost zero issues with the server. Does it just really take that much longer if you are not energized?
That makes more sense than just adding time to the clock... that's what that bottom stat in armor does... power-up or something. That would be redundant.
I can see them resetting the servers/progress AND refunding those who bought powercells in kind, meaning they will get said powercells back.

Can anyone tell me please how the cloak works on this sentry armor? It says: +TS +CLO. CLO means that there is a cloak thing on the armor but i do not understand how that should work. Please tell me.
