I randomly have 3 power cells...weird. I think kdaddy cheats...blasted him about 10 times with a level 5 damage Plasma Cannon (every beam hit), then his weapon went away. After, his weapon got pulled out again and he was still in the same spot, alive.
Your first encounter sounds like someone using the Quake 3 hack/cheat that we're cracking down on tonight. The second...well...with an auto-rifle you can pull off one-shot headshot kills. So maybe he's lucky. Maybe he's skilled. --MJ
so... a quick summary of the changes most of us agree with for the connivance of all Eliminate players and DEVELOPERS 1. Change in Energy System (Most popular solution is upgradable recharge speeds via in app purchase) 2. Ability to turn off the use of energy for casual games and testing equipment 3. Ability to sell back unwanted gear Did I miss any, or is that pretty much it?
I believe I can say with near certainty the player kdaddy is either using a hack, or has a glitch in his program. The last two games I played with him we would suddenly stop, and the reticule would no longer turn "red" when I placed it upon him. Did not happen with any of the other players in the game.
a new challenger has appeared! first post ftw. hi, i'm josh. i've been lurking these forums literally since i purchased my iPhone. i figured it was about time to add to them, because i love the community. like most i made an account so i could check out the action, and i am quite excited for it's global release! this is the kind of game i could get into for hours on end. not to say i haven't already, lol. anyway, hello, TA! and expect to hear more from me soon
ok, i just purchased an upgrade in damage for my autorifle and the game is frozen. The little loading circle keeps moving but nothing is happening. edit: I pressed the home button, went back into eliminate, had all of the credits prior to upgrade without the upgrade. I then Successfully purchased the upgrade in a matter of seconds
Not to get off topic, but you know that is something to be said: One of the reasons I actually spend time here is that for the most part, the TA community is full of nice, normal people. Everywhere else on the web and on other forums people are like "Hey Noob - GTFO" when you join. But here, things are different & interesting. I really really like Touch Arcade. =)

Haha that someone else was me. It was good except each time kunning got first and I was right under him.....grrrr I wish I could upgrade!
