they made a big, helpful change in Touchpets where u start off with more food for your dog and the reload time for more food is shorter so we may have a chance
I cant believe 3 games of charged costs $1. Thats basically saying 3 games are worth the same as Doodle Jump, Flight Control, Backbreaker, or any other good .99 game you can think of
KK. I asked the devs about the whole match in progress/losing energy thing. Right now, you won't lose energy when you enter a match in progress if it's been going on for more than 30 seconds. However, if you're joining a match that's been going on for only 10 seconds, you're going to get dinged. --MJ
Hey MJ, what if a match in progress was defined as someone getting fragged, rather than a time limit?
He's a representative, from what it sounds like. edit: a dev is more along the lines of the person who works on the coding, graphics, etc.

We're aware that there are a number of energy riots going on in the TA thread Beyond optimizing servers, we're also using Canada to tweak all the game systems based on how you are playing. However, this is sort of hard when the majority of you are "Canadians" and aren't even able to buy powercells. Anywho. I just wanted to reiterate that both Allen and I are actively monitoring this thread. --MJ
That would be great for us users, but ngmoco wouldn't make a cent off of this game. Who would pay for power cells if they can just play until they get energy? Also, friends/people with more than 1 iDevice would abuse that system via private matches I am still LOVING the varied recharge speeds paying for individual energized games is just ridiculous
Naw, from reading through the thread it sounds like five energy per game, fifteen for a full charge which works for three games, so twenty energy would get you four games.

Ooh! I'm a "Canadian"! Plus, some people get a pop-up that says that their account isn't a test account. But even if I was a Canadian, I'm still to cheap to buy the energy. $.99 for 3 games is a completely horrible deal.
I guess you're right. I've been experiencing some lag today, and my aim to shoot hasn't been working very well (with the lag of course). Probably too many on at a time..
I work at ngmoco So for those asking -- there are multiple teams within ngmoco. A small group (like 5) made Eliminate. I am in charge of community stuff, which is why I'm the ngmofo most often in Touch Arcade. And I'm a she. --MJ
