I'm not complaining. If you read my post, I'm OFFERING them money for their game and a lot of people are agreeing with me on this. We're all willing to pay for the game, so you just chutup. Seriously, I don't think you've even bought an energy pack yet, rich boy.

Except they charge you like $60 for the game and MS charges you for an xbox live gold account.

Besides, who here is really going to play this forever? Terrorist said he got the $9.99 pack and he's at level 20+ already. By the time you reach those sorts of levels the energy system is going to be pretty pointless anyway as you'd own pretty much any item you want or upgrade the 1 you do have.

This game is free, in what way is it a ripoff?

That like saying, some guy gave me a car, but I have to pay for fuel to keep it going.

(this statement isn't exactly the same though, as you can still play eliminate without energy, but you can't actually drive a car without fuel)

Woah...seriously? WTF people get yourselves together. Are you seriously gonna fight over all this? Just worry about yourselves and let people write feedback as they want.

ngmoco, you could keep the game free so you have a much larger player base BUT also make an in-app purchase for unlimited energized games. Maybe for like $10 or $15 dollars? I would buy it. And it would make a lot of people less angry and satisfied. Whoever didn't want to pay, doesn't have to. Whoever does, can.

    Anyone else agree?

I'd pay for it. At this rate, I'm doubting I will EVER buy an energy pack.

That is a REALLY REALLY GOOD IDEA. That combines a premium priced app with a lite version, while making it both optional and piracy-prevented. Genius

That's not a bad idea. Helluva better idea than blindly following ngmoco's energy idea like Omar or Gmar or whatever that guy's name is.

I think most of us can agree that the energy system is a bit flawed.

I feel like it works for leveling up, but not credits.

it is hard to have to wait to buy things from the store especially when you would have the money if you weren't tempted to buy some other weapon you didn't end up liking.

I know I have complained about this a lot, but it continues to annoy me. I cannot stand the fact that I have to wait to get credits, but it doesn't bother me as much that I have to wait to level up.

So far, however, I am really supporting the idea of in app purchased faster recharge time. This would address the issue or piracy, keep the game free to attract iDevice users, make paying for energy more permanent/ reasonable, allow "hardcore" users to pay $15 for unlimited energy "full version", allow infrequent gamers to keep the game free, and allow the energy system to fit any playing frequency in-between.

I don't know about you, but that sounds perfect to me :D

Edit: or xvietx's idea. It's the same thing with less customizability. It would probably be easier to implement as well.
