people what don't you get, every 1 always complains about lag, for the most part its client side, ie your local net is slow/slower than normal. may seem fine using browser or other games that do not use the net so intensely. or whoever your connecting to has crappy net/3g
On the contrary - I do get it. I was not posting for the purpose of complaining. I was asking a question to determine if anyone else was experiencing the issue, and therefore if it is client-side in this particular instance. Based on the single response received thus far, that would appear to be the case.

pvp eliminate is running with a rate of 1000 so i doubt that anyone wont have good enough internet to run it. i play over wifi all the time and my internet is perfect but this game is lagging very often. i am german so i never played without lag but some days it is even worse
Internet (upload/download) speed is not really the issue for anyone with broadband, as you say. It is more likely a combination of one or more of the following: 1. your ping times to the Eliminate servers (largely determined by physical distance) 2. choppy wifi signal from your router, 3. Variable 3G network for us that don't use wifi. I use 3G as my router is too unreliable and have noticed variable speeds over my network in the past depending on the "load" at any given time (e.g. peak cell usage periods). The lag is not very noticeable now, which lends credence to the 3rd factor in my case.
Uh... Ok then, any reason why the game crashes EVERY SINGLE TIME I try to play co op? Anybody else havin the same issue? Sorry if this has already been over but I haven't been on this thread fora long time
@Pvp If anything I've said is incorrect, please feel free to enlighten me. I'd like to know more about how lag is created in all seriousness, and I'm sure many others would too.
generally your post was correct, but when one is experiencing a persistent lag and many else are running fine it is most likely the IP of the one user having minor difficulties or 'hiccups'. Please do not shoot down what I am saying and think you are right without fully thinking into what I have stated.
Man this sucks I have to wait 5 plus min just to get into one deathmatch game because the servers can't find anyone around my skill and level
cmon man okay @ first I didnt care about the no flip screen option,now that I use headphones more often it sux! i can hear my earbuds go out now. i dont use them often sooooo pls fix 4 pvp sake!
Don't feel bad Nico. I'm 22/8100 actually can't be paired. I le y phone site for 15 minutes and it never found a match. What a waste if time skilling up that acct was, now I can't even use it. Don't argue with pvp. I didn't even read the arguement but I know that when u argue with pvp, u always end up wrong.
Yeah I am 8100 too and I keep playing the same people. Me and bladetehgreat and ikon-sun-tzu had a great run of games though.
