    Downloaded and tested the game on both ip4 and ipad2. i would say, i prefer the gameplay with ipad2 due to the large screen and can plant and locate the unit accurantly.

    Had played for like an hour last night, and multi-tasking in between. I found there are bug in the the "BACK" button in game menu under the shop option didn't work sometime. I remember I was once browing the store half way and turn to fb, and when I turn back to the game I was stuck in the shop. Unable to to go back and I have to closed the entire game and reload again.

    Well I can't access the game yet because they are still prepping it for my UDID but I bet that this will be fun

    One suggestion is to make levels that are paid or paid level packs that don't take away from the game too, if the game were to be free, or if the game is $0.99

    Suggestion #1: Hope you can add an indicator or like a status on what next waves are to follow like the one I've made in the image below. You can see what are the next waves in the bottom left of the image.

    G = Ground
    FG = Fast Ground
    A = Air
    FA = Fast Air
    B = Boss
    FB = Fast Boss

    This way, you can plan ahead on what towers to place. This would be a great addition.

    Suggestion #2: It would be better for me if you could add an encyclopedia or monsters and towers database. You can see each monsters details like HP, coin drop, speed, defense, etc. and towers details like attack, range of attack, speed, coin required, etc. You can also view each detailed explanation on what each towers do and also each monsters description on what they are. You can also view their animation using this. I think you can place this monster database in the main menu. Each tower or monster can be seen there if you've fought or used them.

    Suggestion #3: How about adding a challenge mode for each level where you can gain more leaves after completing the challenge. Challenges like "Finish the level using this tower only", "Survive an endless wave for the said time", etc..

    Suggestion #4: Hope you can add an iCloud save support so I can resume the game on both my iDevice using one save file through iCloud.

    What I like about this game:

    1. The fluid animation. The animation is very good and nice to watch.
    2. The graphics is very well done. Cute cube like design for each monster and tower.
    3. The background music fits the game perfectly.
    4. The sound effects are good. I love how the sound effects when using the first tower and the ice tower in 2x mode. The sound it gives is like a beat. Lol.

    What I don't like about this game:

    1. There's no zoom in or out.

    Initial Reaction

    I liked seeing the fluid graphics and tower animations. The app icon itself looks very nice. I appreciated the ability to build towers when paused, and the ability to make enemies go faster.

    Some initial suggestions:

    Add an option to redo the tutorial.
    Add options for towers to attack different targets (instead of just attacking the first target, be able to set targets such as the strongest, weakest, or last enemies)

    Some Grammar Errors

    Here are a few ideas on how to modify some grammatical errors I found in the introduction scene before the first level.

    Introduction Scene:

    Maybe change the first line to "The humans are so greedy!"

    Second line, "They already forgot the lands they took by pestering the elves." Or change the pestering, because it isn't an accurate description of the elves.

    Third line is okay, maybe add "Now they want even more fruitful elven homeland."

    Fourth line, "They pester the elves again to get more elven homeland, but the elves remain cold shouldered." Again, pestering is more of the humans description than the elves. "an" shouldn't be used before "elven homeland" because of grammar; it should be something like "more" or "the" because there is lots of land.

    Fifth line is okay, maybe change it to "The greedy humans are angry at the elves' refusal." to make it sound better.

    Sixth line, change the word "disrespectful" to something like ungrateful, or unappreciative, because it makes more sense in the context of the passage.

    First line is good, maybe add more descriptions of the elves such as kind, sharing, giving.

    Second line, "They gave liberally to the humans." or "The gave lots of land to the humans."

    Third line "However, the ungrateful humans want more elven homeland." or "However, the ungrateful humans want elven homeland again."

    Fourth line is good.

    Fifth line is okay, maybe modify it to "Who cannot be enraged by such (insolent, inconsiderate, insensitive, or insulting) demands?"

    Sixth line "Now the usually friendly elves are furious with the humans."

    Okay, closing points for today
    -Sometimes wish there was. x3 mode for viewing. Just at times when you only have a couple guys in it looks a bit monotonous or slow. Just a possibility. Also I don't know of any TD style games with this (though the reason could be it goes too fast)
    -Music and sound is top notch. Nothing negative there.
    -Anychance of adding a "pinch to zoom" in there? It really would be a nice addition, giving the player much more control and allowing them to zoom in on a specific spot or see the entire field (only really needed on large maps)
    -Take a look at the spelling a bunch. I know I said this earlier, but it does show a lack of polish, specifically in the popup tips. Wish I could just have a chunk of text to correct, but I don't, so I'll just give general tips. Look at singular or plural forms of nouns carefully, bc that's the second most common errors I've seen, mainly in the Tips.
    -That's all for now, will have some more after playing more tomorrow.

    I would love to see an endless/survival mode added to Elf Defense.

    Also, I'm currently making a list of grammatical errors, I'll try to put it up later today.

    Spent an hour for this game, feel that the monster looks quite similar with MapleStory char! :D Anyways, below is my initial thought.

    Cons:
    - The 2x mode seems way too fast, if possible maybe can try to slow down a lil bit.

    - Where's the zoom? Seriously need it.

    Pro:
    - Great music! But if would be good to have the ability to play own music too!

    - Doubtless, the graphic is brilliant! Love it!

    - Game play is long enough, 10 stage per episode! That's alot tho!

    SUGGESTION #1: Please add a "SELL FOR 100% PRICE" item. I think it will be helpful specially if you bought wrong ones or need to sell some towers to upgrade your other towers. If you use this item, you can sell your tower and have its full price in return. The effect will be for a said time or for the whole level.

    SUGGESTION #2: Hope you can add a hide button for the "SKILLS" which was located in the right part of the screen. Like it works like when you press "ITEMS" and all the bottom icons for the items will hide. This time when you press "SKILLS", all the skills located in the right part of the screen will hide.

    SUGGESTION #3: Hope you can also add a "MULTIPLAYER" feature. In this mode, you can play with your friend in a head-to-head survival mode. The first one who lose all lives or hearts will be the loser. So it is basically a survival multiplayer mode. You can play this mode in online or local.

    There will also be an online LEADERBOARD for the best "Survival" master in this multiplayer mode.

    This will add more replayability to this game.

    You can also do a "VS Mode", where one player is the one sending waves and the other is defending. You should make a map only available in this mode. The map should be with 3-4 paths for the waves and e defender will have to think on how to defend on those waves of monsters.

    The Host can chiose the waves number and map. The 2X mode is disabled in this mode.

    SUGGESTION #4: Hope you can add a "DAILY CHALLENGE". There will be a different challenge everyday. A notice will appear when you open the game and went to the main screen or a notification even if the app is not open. Completing this "DAILY CHALLENGE" will earn you leaves, coins or items.

    Example of a "DAILY CHALLENGE":

    1. Win the <name of the level> using only the <name of the tower/s>.
    2. Survive for <given time> in the <name of the level>.
    3. Win the <name of the level> using only <amount of coins>. (you will not gain anymore coins even if you kill a monster in this challenge.)
    4. Etc..

    This will keep players to come back and play the game everyday.

    SUGGESTION #5: Hope you can add a "CREATE A MAP" mode. You can create your custom map, waves, routes, boulders, etc. in this mode which you can upload to the in-game server. Everyone can download and use your custom map by going to the "CREATE A MAP" mode and choosing "Download maps". You will not be able to gain leaf in the custom map mode. This is only for fun and to lengthen the game time.

    SUGGESTION #6: Hope you can add an ability to use my "iPod Library" as a background music when playing the game.

    BUG: I noticed some "Korean" language still present in this game like the one from the pictures below.

    Game is actually easy for me. I've completed all the levels in the first theme/stage in EASY and NORMAL mode with all 3 STARS in every levels. Hope the later will be harder. I love playing the game in 2x mode. The speed is just right.

    This is a great idea actually. I would hate to lose the screen space, but I also think it might be better for the gameplay (especially those higher difficulty levels). I do think it would be best if the item system were reworked and they could take up less screen space, then this could be better implemented.

    And as to the general discussion, I found x2 mode to be working very smoothly and perfectly fine on my ipod touch 4g. I actually tend to use it a lot since the gameplay otherwise feels a bit slow.

    Suggestions:

    -Decrease upgrade cost of bomb tower, for sure its a good tower, but not the best and 1100 is just way too much, a fully upgraded normal tower costs less and is better.

    -Increase gold drop of bosses, bosses are way harder to defeat and just earn an extra 10 gold, which is in my opinion not that much.

    -Add an x3 speed option, x2 is fast indeed, but it gets boring if you got your defenses up and there are still 10 waves ahead of you

    -Add zooming function, iPad users don't have a problem with that, but the screen is very small on an iPod/iPhone

    Bugs:

    -Sometimes the menu is japanese (or chinese, I actually can't tell and I took japanese lessons, lol )

    -"Thanks for Purchasing" notification pops up everytime you launch the game

    BUG: I am always experiencing the "Unable to touch anything" bug after pressing home and opening other app/s like safari, etc. and going back to the game again after a while. The background music still plays but you will not be able to touch anything.

    You can trigger this bug by pressing home while playing or in a menu, open another app like mail, twitter, safari, etc and then go back to the app after 5-20 minutes. This happens on my iPad2 5.0.1 most of the time.

    UPDATE: Unlocked the 1st Hidden Achievement which got a 500 leaves reward. That was a clever way to unlock that achievement. See image below for the achievement icon.(The one with the 5 in the clock icon)
