Screenshot 490KB Elements the Game free game to boot. Guess this came out about 2 months ago mid August 2009 and didn't hear about it till a few days ago. Yes it's free and NO it doesn't make you buy cards with real money. It has like 12 elements which you need that corresponding mana to summon a card and each player has 100 HP. I have yet to pvp another person as I'm still on level 3 building my deck. Only have one rare so far Owl's Eye. But boy oh boy do I want that Druid Staff for thing that heals you for 5 hp each turn and does 2 damage end of turn. Reason why it's addictive is gameplay is super quick especially as you learn the cards. Takes about 3 to 4 mins a game for me at least. I'm on my third account as I keep playing around with different elements but right now the one I started a few hours ago I have a Score of 264 and as soon as I hit 500 it'll reward me with a rare. I prefer to play it full screen (images just a tad blurry when in fullscreen) or you can play it not fullscreen from elementsthegame.com For those who liked Orions Legends of Wizard on the iphone. I know I did you'll definitely love this one.
Coming to iPhone? Is this game planned for an iPhone release? Have only looked at it for a few minutes, but looks pretty good to me so far. If there is an iPhone port coming (or maybe since it's Flash-based it can be compiled as an iPhone app in light of Adobe's new Flash to iPhone tools). Would LOVE to see this come to iPhone. Q
Not sure but I sure hope it makes it to iphone. In the meantime I'm not waiting I play it on my iphone with RemoteTap $5 iphone remote for Macs. Way better than Jaduu VNC $25 or MochaVNC $6 (can you say Slowwwwww) for me at least for those with Macs. Here's a couple more close games that I won. Screenshot game 1 Screenshot game 2 I can wake up my iMac remotely and put it to sleep. Anyway here is elements the game (flash) on my ipod touch. I just do one swipe to left or right to go to left or right side of the screen. Tap once on card and it'll show the card (like hovering mouse over it on iMac). Tap once again to play it. I'll go to left screen and tap keyboard icon, tap space for spacebar, and done (hides keyboard) which completes my turn and watch as AI plays it's hand. Then swipe to right side of screen and play my hand. Works rather well and no waiting for screen to refresh like crap vnc. Here just pounding the opponent. Zoom in and out if you need to (I don't myself if you know the cards) with two fingers. I can pretty much read the text on the small size when you tap once to show the card.
Remote Tap Somehow, after like 3 years using iPod Touch and iPhone I've managed to miss that Remote Tap even existed! Have to say, that's going to be one incredibly useful little app! Thanks for the tip. I'd still prefer to play Elements (or any other decently made CCG/TCG) in a native iPhone client. Q
Yea mostly play it on my iMac or on macbook pro but this is handy when the spouse says bedtime and get off computer you just play this in bed. I just need to email author and request to have the feature to autolock rotation so can play on my side better. Also had to start a master list of cheaters (using trainer) and will purge those cheaters. Only about 10% of the pvp games I encounter them though. There is a legit trainer for this game too but they're using the hacked version. They do eventually get banned. Yes I'd love to see this developed for iphone and as a matter of fact gonna try to get a few developers that I have good connections with to see if they'd be interested. Currently their plate is maxed though so can't even suggest it for a couple of months though.
