Mirror's Edge for iPad was 99 cents briefly, but I didn't grab it in time. Hopefully it will come back.
Talk to someone else there. I'm sure you spend enough money to be compensated when their system has a weird hiccup. My thoughts at least.

Yeah, well it's happened before (I buy a lot of games ) so they said they wouldn't refund me this time. I'm tempted to point out to them that the price has changed 5 times in the last 24 hours, but... it's only $4, and like others have said it is a good game. Last time I bought NBA Jam was for the 32X and Sega CD - both of which cost more than $5 and have gotten lots of play time. It just means I won't be able to get Galaxy On Fire 2 this time around... First time I've spent more than $0.99 on an EA title! Thank you 99! May you strike swiftly and often!
Are any of the iphone games (not for sale on ipad versions like Tiger & NFS) worth getting for play on the ipad? I don't have an iphone yet, just an ipad.
I'd say so....I picked up Nba jam, Tiger, NFS hot Pursuit and NBA elite....all iphone versions for a buck. They are more than passable on the ipad until the ipad games drop a bit. NBA Jam is a BIT pixely but still plays like a dream All others I'd be more than happy if they WERE the ipad versions. The HD versions will just be gravy. As for ROCKBAND, I have both versions-both are great with great but limited song selections. I do prefer the ipad version obviously but both are completely worth it imho, as long as you like the set list.
If you are going to play with friends, definitely worth it. If you go solo it gets boring really fast.
