Both of these have been removed... Would this work?: anyone want to lend me an account on which they bought any of these? U could change ur password b4, then change it back after! All I'd do is click "my available downloads" and get the app(s)? If so, SOMEONE PLEASE!!! They're ALL I want!
If the app has been pulled from the app store than it can no longer be downloaded unless you have a valid promo code. However if someone has the file from it still within their itunes/computer they can sync it. I'm not sure if it would work if you asked someone to send you the file and then you try to sync it.
It doesn't work like that. Once they are off the app store you cannot download them from itunes at all.

I understand there was some trademark issue over the name "Edge", so they were forced to change the name and resubmit it, but that doesn't explain why the app disappeared again sometime after - unless Mobigame themselves removed it, which would explain why some people have reported its absence even in non-US app stores. Anyway, I'm afraid you'll have to jailbreak and download a cracked copy. I truly hate having to recommend this to people, but in this case you really have no other choice.
