im a fifa fanboy on consoles, but in iOS (and portables for that matter) FIFA is crap, even first touch soccer looks and plays a LOT better. just my opinion.
FTS has no proper league and is too painful importing all the kits/logos etc. FIFA 12 has manager mode now which is excellent. Apparently iPad 2 graphics are beefed up too. Maybe mp will come with an update. After all, origin is being promoted in a big way now. There is also a daily challenge mode, along with realistic performance changes. I.e.system amends stats based on real life performance.
I think so. I took it from here: http://www.pocket-lint.com/news/42211/fifa-12-ipad-2-preview "Taking things a stage further, youll also get a daily challenge mode. This is essentially a new challenge that arrives each day, designed to give you a quick 10 or 15 minute game, rather than diving into an important match in your season. The example we got was Arsenal being 2-0 down against Man United after 78 minutes and you have to basically come in and win the match. Youll also get updates to the stats in the system, reflecting the changing state of the real football leagues on licence with FIFA 12. Although EA wouldnt be pinned down on the timing for these updates, or the frequency, it did say that if someone was having a particularly bad season (Torres, for example), this would get reflected in the game."
LOL...FIFA11 is superb, the first football game that made me not wish i was playing with a ds or psp...touch to pass is genius (and slide to make players run to empty spaces too), animations are fluid, etc....only problem was the frame rate issues in the early builds.
What's the challenge mode? Manager mode of course will be awesome, but no online multiplayer still sucks a lot...
