FictionalCharacter Well-Known Member Feb 18, 2011 71 0 0 #17 FictionalCharacter, Feb 23, 2011 it's very very very bare bones. to the point of cards only existing to turn in sets. you don't even know what countries are on the cards, so you don't get bonuses on those countries. much more infuriating was that i found that the game consistently stacks the dice in favor of the AI. i would routinely attack with a 5-to-1 or 10-to-1 advantage and lose. it happened frequently enough that it made the entire game pointless because the mechanics are irrelevant when the dice are so unreasonable. i played it on my girlfriend's phone. i'm a huge risk guy, but i won't even spend a buck on it unless i find confirmation that the loaded dice have been remedied. Most people say the best bang per buck sims 3 on iOS is ambitions. I guess for 0.99 people without sims 3 can get this.
