EA and Gameloft probably does the best job of providing games you want...

But overall my vote goes to NGMoco, I never had a single NGMoco game crash on me, so solid, polished, simple, fun, etc. Cant wait to play Rolando 2

I think because Gameloft puts out lots of great games they are reputable and come in second. Only because ngmoco has a wide variety (from word fu, to touch pets, to livefire) and isn't porting anything; all their games are freshly made for the platform, and you can tell. Now if only they would release LiveFire!! :p

Gameloft have good games, but also these games have some issues. Mainly gameloft games push the hardware a little TOO Far. Their games are also for people who have more time to play a longer game... so while i enjoy them... i get less use out of them.

Ngmoco for me are the top because the games are very very well polished and the support and updates are frequent.

A close second is Chillingo, but they do fail on the update side of things. iDracula STILL doesn't support flipped screens for iphone / touch users which is SO easy to implement. Just lazy on their part.

I get the feeling that even though chillingo games are great and very well put together, as a company they are more interested in moving on to the next project and leaving the older stuff in the dark.

EA's stuff is ace but they really need to learn how to start doing lite versions of stuff (demos at least) so people who baulk at shelling out £5.99 can get a taste of what they're offering.

Gameloft can go jump, as can Ubisoft and Popcap. They both take the pith with their pricing. No way is Peggle worth 6 quid (doubly so if you already own it on other systems as they've not done anything new with it).

Chillingo, NGMoco, Freeverse and Fish Labs are my iPhone heroes though. Fantastic games at low prices that put some of the bigger devs releases to shame, and plenty of updates.

Exactly. Ngmoco has some really good games, and not all are expensive. Most of EA's and Gamelofts are 5.99 and up, and Ngmoco has dropship, Topple 2, etc, plus FREE games to fans to like their apps before acually buying them. I don't know about you, but I like original games on the iPhone, not Tiger Woods or Need For Speed or The Oregon Trail. Not saying those games are bad, just original ideas appeal more to me. I know Rolando is just like Loco Roco, but it's not the same exact game with the same name. Ngmoco had to use some creativity

i dont think chillingo should be there. they only publish them and havent much say in their development. saying they have bad games isnt really to do with them. thats the dev.

If I have to choose from the list, Chillingo it is.

Because iDracula & Zen Bound are the only games that impressed me with not only the game-play, but also UI design and game music. Everything in the games match up perfectly with the device.

Other games are just some console/pc copies - might be still fun to play but less innovative.

I really can't recall any Ngmoco game other than Rolando, so Chillingo it is.

Gameloft, no question for me. I love Terminator, Assassins Creed, and Brothers in Arms. EA would be a close second for me.

PopCap for me. They brought me the only two games I play every day. Bejeweled 2 and Peggle.

I don't play Bookworm everyday, but it's still up there. I just hope they come out with more of their great games.

chillingo doesn't deserve the votes it has... they have some very good games, but they're very inconsistent. gameloft always delivers quality :)

With recycled blocky game engines and a whole bunch of bugs they never fix?

hey, atleast instead of adding more content or fixing bugs, they added high quality music for HoS! Thats all I cared about, made the game definitely worth the $$$...

I voted Chillingo but Ngmoco is a close second. Some of the other biggies mentioned might strike my fancy once in a while but they're usually only porting over their big sellers from other systems and nothing original for the iphone.

I have to say Gameloft and EA, they have big names but good ones and big memory; which I think the more memory the better the game is (except Terminator Salvation :p). Ngmoco has the least memory use and the greatest potential or gameplay, without any problems that requires updates like someone said. Chillingo releases everything LOL but I still like them.

I picked Gameloft because most of the games in there are just too good.

    1. Gameloft
    2. Ngmoco
    3. EA
    4. Chillingo

Another good one is Pangea (?), they have good, quality games.

I can not pick I like some games from each of them so I will just remain neutral.
