If it’s the one I’m thinking about Spoiler he’s got a shield protecting his body. You have to jump and hit him in the head.
Gotcha that’s what I thought but I’m having a hard time pulling it off lol ok killing that guy left me even more confused...nothing happened? I had no way to jump up and get the gothic armor and then I was just stuck because I had no way down. off over to the left I killed that other guy and got the chest but no way out from there either...
Finally killed the second boss and got to the third town. This game definitely does not hold your hand. I almost gave up and then I remembered there was one thing I had not tried.
I can’t figure out how to get past is it 2-8? The area with all the floor/ceiling spikes, platforms, and slimes
So, you mean 3-8 as 2-8 has flowers, right? If I remember correctly, you kill the slime in the water and then jump on the platform that disappears. Then jump as high as you can and to the left. An invisible platform will appear as you land on it. Then jump as high as you can to the right and another platform appears. Then walk right, but watch the arrow shooting from the left side of the wall. Sorry, I do not know how to make this a spoiler post.
I accidentally deleted my save file by hitting delete instead of load. Yup, I had to play it over to get to where I left off. I had played 29 hours at that point. The good thing is ,it only took 4 hours to get back on track.
Nope sorry about that it is 3-8 slimes lots of spike traps and disappearing platforms going up to the right
Phew!!! Finally killed the third boss. There are about 12 more rooms to clear and then I think I will be finished the game. Just can’t open the doors to those rooms yet.
Still looking to progress through what I think are the last 12-13 rooms. Figured out if you have the right equipment on you, you can destroy the wooden dummy and the meat roasting on the fire. You then receive upgraded gear. Also found a hidden area with lots of money. Did I not want to chance dying, so I teleported back to town with the gold. There is a beggar who asks for money. I’m wondering if he gives you a key to two doors I can’t open. I still need to get more money as he asks for over 5000 Gold at least.
