A really fun little game, perfect for quick blasts. Will keep you coming back every now and again.

Played it twice so far...and had it crash on me twice so far. First time I was only at level 6 and pretty stuck, but the second time I was sailing through level 22. Not happy, hope a quick bug fix will sort any problems.

Good game! I am concerned that there may be some optimization issues for what should be a very low power consumption game. I played it for a little over an hour this morning (#2 in the leaderboard by the way :D)... I was fully charged, having just removed my phone from the power cord, and after that I was down close to half battery!

Oh well, time to get to work, and recharge the phone again :)

At the 32 Seconds Mark of the Official Trailer Video, That bomb Looks Just like the one in Mario Bros, but a evil/ghostly version of it. :)

Just played through it - takes about forty-five minutes to finish a game. Uploaded my score and I'm fourth in the world. Very enjoyable stuff, I'll definitely play it again and it's easily worth the current price.

Just bought it. Reviews look good, and the concept is right in my wheelhouse. Looking forward to playing. :D

Hmm, I have not had a single crash during testing. (I only had 5 beta testers though) What device? Does it happen even after a reboot? Does it fix if music is off? Feel free to email me at [email protected]. If I can duplicate a problem I can fix it.

If anyone else has stability problems please let me know via here or email.

Thanks.. hmm. Battery life. Yeah, it's a high FPS CPU hog, so internally it is no different than say, a shooter in that respect. Will have think about that.

I do allow the wifi to turn off when it asks to (there is an internal iPhone timeout) - to help battery life, and then start it back up when needed for highscores, so I was hoping that would help in some cases.

2 great game genres blended together, dungeon scroll is definate buy for anyone.

id like to see some more RPG elements, a bit of a storyline maybes, but the heart of the game is wordplay and it works perfectly. the lexicon is quite advanced and not many words have yet to be discovered.

with your health trickling away theres a real sense of urgency you dont normally find in this kind of game. really, youve seen the reviews .. this is worth every cent/penny/euro.

Bought it and the game is good but please fix this 'feature' asap:

If you pause the game and want to exit gracefully, natural inclination is to select Quit. Well if you do this you lose your entire game and have to start from the beginning. Seems the only way to save progress is to exit via the Home button. Not intuitive and definitely frustrating after I just lost all my progress.

That is going to be stuck in my head all day, most awesome thing I've read all week.

Buying game now. Word game + RPG? I just woke up and it's like Christmas!

I've just started playing. I love Bookworm Adventures, so this was an easy purchase. My initial thought is that the presentation could be beefed up slightly. I'd really appreciate some semblance of a story outlining why I'm spelling my way through all these dungeons and some thing in between dungeons beyond tap to continue. Furthermore, and this may become clear later, I'd like to see something that gives flavor to the different creatures you fight--special abilities and such. I know there's at least some of this from Albie's review--I look forward to that.

Oh, and what the heck is the significance of the items you find at the end of each dungeon (e.g. sour princess)? Hmmm...does this relate to the magic words? There doesn't appear to be a way to look at these.

just played my first game (kid mode, ranked 4)
i'm not sure either what the items at end of dungeon are for, but they are a humerous part of the game (yes! i found a damp rock!)

i agree about special abilities of enemies. this would take the game into the realm of puzzle quest (lose a turn, enemy takes most valuable tile, steals some of your total score, etc)

I love that the end has so many stats, and the devs photos are appreciated. glad they put a online scoreboard. overall i'm glad i purchased this and look forward to trying the harder modes. any word game that lets me kill a dragon by uttering the word 'shat' is awesome in my book. and after playing so much minigore and isotope, it was refreshing to see a game with an ending. "you won, thanks for playing" that phrase seems to be a rare find with my games lately.
