Lol, np . Jokes aside, that *is* what I do. When I know a contest is over I just keep browsing the forums like normal, if nothing pops up in the whole day I check the topic, but not before. Keeps me sane, kinda.
Submission to contest: The sound of galloping hooves usually means trouble on this stretch of road, especially for an escaped slave. The underbrush at the side should cover you well enough though so you duck into it. Crouching low and peeking between the leaves you witness the horse flying past at a race. What's more the rider, who had been lolling along dead in the saddle, drops to the road just in front of you, rolling to a stop against your hiding spot. Thirsty and starving you quickly verify the rider's untimely mortality before searching his pack. There is no food inside, but there is a knife, a bit of gold and a map with a cave circled on it....
I know this is extremely off topic, but I wish there was a word that could be used to mean both of these at the same time. Wouldn't that make everyones' life so much more convenient?

Thanks to Kaboom and FireFlame for this competition. It's been fun to drop by occasionally for some casual writing. It's also nice that lots of the participants won a code. Dungeon Raid is an excellent game & my favorite iphone game.
