I want to throw money at you and buy the new classes but it won't let me. I bought the deluxe edition a while back without problems but now the ingame store is unavailable.
Hello Chiller, I'd guess you have an older version as I used to remove the button back then when you had deluxe. You can verify your version number at the lower left corner of the Credits screen. It should show "Version 1.18" there. If you have 1.18 you can access the shop either by pushing the Shop button on the main menu or by touching a locked skin or the unlock button when you create a character.
Yeah propagation time was very slow this time around. Took a good 45 minutes after the "ready for sale" before it was up in Canada. Previous updates were quicker. Just noticed Chiller was from Sweden so it might not be live there.
Just bought the platinum edition. Probably could have gotten by with just the two bucks to unlock the new classes but I wanted to support you as my son and I really enjoy the game. Thanks for the game. Looking forward to the cloud sync in 1.19!
Congrats on the approval. I'm now a certified platinum member and can't wait to try the new classes once I finish my current (Level 11!) warrior run. Speaking of which, I found a small bug since the update with my in-progress gamein the store and on my equipment page, the graphic for the warrior's sword has changed to the mage's staff. It's probably only cosmetic and may only affect in-progress games that have been updated, but thought you should be aware. Rock. On.
Not just you and not just updated games. Loaded my saved warrior game... staff graphic. Created a test warrior game under 1.18, staff graphic. Anyhow, grabbed the platinum upgrade since, why not?
How do u get the platinum upgrade? Is it just buy all the skins and classes and it goes to platinum? I think I have the gold edition for early adopters...
Pretty much. Before this version came out, I had bought Deluxe, then the additional 3 skins. With this version as I toggled through the new classes in the shop I had 5 options in all: $0.99@, $1.99@ + extra skins, or $3.99 for Platinum (both classes, the extra skins, and the bonus lizard ranger)
Hmm I dont have the $3.99 platinum option, maybe I need the 3 additional skins because I have the deluxe already. EDIT: Yup that worked thanks for the help, god I spent alot of money on this... Lol
Ranger is cool. When it says Melee in red at the bottom right corner, that's just another way of saying your distance ran out or is at zero, correct? Found a typo, there is a quest where it says "Bring him 3 Strong Wooden Branchs" but it should be Branches.
This is the type of IAP that's acceptible. There is no insinuated feeling of needing to purchase anything more (e.g. through a paywall) and the extra content is not really needed to enjoy the game as it is. It really is more of extras that expand the game (like an expansion pack, only smaller).
It still won't let me access the shop. It just loads for a while and then nothing happens. Any ideas?
New update. 2 lots of new iap Still no option to move the 'spin' button to the bottom of the screen. Very disappointed
So the developer tells you more than a week ahead of time exactly what was coming, posts nearly daily updates about the new classes (clearly saying they were IAP), deliverers exactly what they said (with the one unannounced bonus of a purely graphical error on the equipment screen for warriors ), said the spin button is not coming until later in an as yet unannounced update, but you're still going to post you're disappointed?
