    Well, I think the Mage has the same 3/24 hearts as the Warrior, right? And possibly more ability to generate more, with Time Warp (although that's probably not how you want to use it, most of the time).

  3. Yes same number of hearts as warrior. Rogues on the other hand have higher heart chances and can combo with hearts/shields so they eat poison for breakfast :)

    That being said I tweaked poison down in 1.17 from Rank/Round to 0-Rank per round with a bias toward rank. I raised the base damage of poison opponents to compensate.

    The poison ability will also glow green if it's high to catch your attention.

    I'm inordinately proud that I got the Warrior to Level 7 before dying. Think I started at Level 2 but I didn't receive a Legacy Rune (all minor runes have been scribed).

    I'm sure this has been addressed before, but what are the requirements for unlocking a medium Legacy Rune? Thanks in advance for any info.

    Being level 7 and having started at level 2 you had roughly a 50% chance of getting a medium rune. Tough luck sorry :cool:

    There's a few factors thrown in but roughly at level 6+ you're dipping in medium territory, 10+ in major rune territory, 14+ in legendary territory (slim at 14).

    If you complete the game for the first time on any class you unlock a legendary rune 100%. You also get one if you did it on any class from level 1 to level 21.

    General rules to get the some random modifiers on your side: die high level and have a big span between starting and dying levels.

    Little heads up for rogues with the combat breakdown option enabled: the poison damage breakdown is incorrectly displayed in 1.16 (and upcoming 1.17) as it's not multiplied by your damage skill as it should be. The actual damage inflicted is right but the breakdown poison number is not: it should be higher.

    This will be fixed in 1.18.

    I bought this app from Korea app store, and now this app is no longer available after 1.16 update.
    I already bought deluxe version, but no way to update, no way to install again. What should I do?

    This is a very unfortunate situation. 2 other South Korean players contacted me about it already and I have a ticket open with Apple for them to fix it. Going to call them again tomorrow to try to get things moving.

    I have no idea why the game is no longer available in your country and hope to have this resolved very soon. I apologize for the inconvenience in the mean time but rest assured the game is not going anywhere and you will be able to get your updates soon enough hopefully.

    If you have deluxe already you will have the goblin 100% in 1.17 even if you skipped 1.16 as a result of this problem.

    Is the the promo Goblin character still available through purchasing deluxe IAP? I forgot to do it last week :(
     
  11. Yes you can still upgrade and be eligible for the free goblin. 1.17 is not live yet but should be at any time now since I submitted tuesday.

    Phew, I got lucky, I just got deluxe. Would've regretted it if I didn't have that goblin, gamer OCD :D

  15. Well no 1.17 today :( Tomorrow hopefully.

    Tonight I finalized the ranger balancing and peppered Nicodemus with a volley of arrows to conclude :cool:. I am very happy with the way the ranger ended up : like the other classes it has a unique feeling, new mechanics and fun abilities. It's not a mage with arrows.

    I'll now be full time on the 2nd new class! Here's a preview of the ranger's combat interface for now:

    Ha! The paw prints are a nice touch. I also like the "yards" - looks like the ranger should be a fun one to play.

    Did any of the graphical spruce-up in the dungeons (additional flavor tiles, etc.) make it into 1.17, or is that a bit farther down the road?
     
  17. Further down the road but they will happen. The dungeons are too lean and clean to my taste as well!

    I'm dealing with only a single artist atm and her queue is loaded up with the 1.18 characters art ;)

    Ranger is badass. Can you talk yet about whether the alternate skins for the new classes will be a part of the same IAP or sold separately?

    Help!!!

    I bought this last night, got my first character to level 11-12 and then he died (warrior)

    Today I tried to start a new char (rogue) and my game crashed during map generation. Since then everytime I try to load the game it crashes!!!

    Running on an ipad2 with ios 6.0

    How do I get my game working again?
