" I love the waifu tower defense gameplay. This has all the one-more-turn-oh-no-it's-4-am addiction of a Civ game, so you gotta be careful with it.

I made something just for this:

Can you imagine a Switch version with Super Crown versions of different MK enemies as the DLs? Because suddenly that's all I could think about."

" What I enjoy? Everything about this game is enjoyable, the mechanic is super simple and complex at the same time its like playing "chess" in 2018. I'll admit its pretty overwhelming at first, but as I kept playing it made me appreciate and enjoy it more.

(The bob physics is on point too) Lol

"I love Pixelated Games. especially Japanesse RPG with Pixel graphic, I don't know why I love it so much maybe just suit with my type. usually I'm searching Pixel games in Google on my PC, but I'm trying to do it on my Phone and found this masterpiece game. sadly my drawing skill is horrible but i want the prize so I would try it. I'm choose Rebecca as my drawing material because she looks like an actual Demon Lord ( actually I like Marielle Better *Slapped ).

    here is my art: https://i.imgur.com/5dPfuBj.jpg

it's nothing if I'm compare it with those Pixiv artwork lol"

"The aspect I enjoy the most is the replayability of the game. The farther in I get , the more stuff I unlock, and that just means more reasons to keep playing. Retrying with different Dark Lords keeps it nice and varied, too. It also helps that the developer updates frequently which keeps it fresh.

"The first things that caught my eyes were the art and the fact that it looked like a different kind of tower defense/ strategy game. I've been playing strategy games since Age of Empire 2 and been hooked into tower defenses with Warcraft III customs.

First hero i chose was Elizabeth. Her skill was scaling with her level and provided leeching which is usually strong in games. First games were messy. Trying to figure out how the game was actually working and around what the mechanics were revolving. It was surprisingly easy to get the hang of it.

I quickly went for a monster oriented setup coz most of traps were locked and i needed stones. My first working build was King minotaurs everywhere and a Horn at the entry. Ever since i've been trying to master all the mechanics and I'm almost done with challenges. Passing by on the discord to discuss builds and stuff. Learning from each others. There isn't one meta thing you're forced to follow. There are many ways to do good in this game and that's awesome. + with a small community like that, people have to share infos with each others to improve and get answers on how things are.

The new pack is great. I've been hooked on Awakened Irea's gameplay lately and those new relics... Oh boy. The new torture system was very confusing at first but we worked together and figured out how to use it and it's a great new mechanic addind depth to the game. Plus meta shifts are great to keep people interested.

All that to says that I like this game and hope that'll continue in it's path.

"Honestly, I bought at first got Dungeon Maker on a whim since I had leftover money on my Google pay account (I use Android). However, I just got stuck on playing it a ton because of how detailed and fun it was! Every new game feels totally different, and all of the Dark Lords feel unique (and are super cute!). The character designs, along with the artwork are amazing.

Here(https://imgur.com/a/3l9awP2) is a quick 15 minute sketch I made a while back of my favorite Dark Lord, Rebecca!"

"Well... when I saw the game (picture from it), It took my attention 'cuz of titties (lol). So.. I bought the game, because of bouncing titties and because other games were boring. Now I enjoying the game 'cuz of... gameplay, tactics... blablabla... but the most enjoyable things are... BOUNCING TITTIES.... yes, I'm pervert.. no, I don't care.

I tried to catch up with the new update so I made a drawing (1hr) of half Light and half Dark (corrupted) Hero.

"Aesthetically speaking, one might imagine the game isn't made with my kind of audience in mind. But I love strategy, and I love dungeon crawler-type tropes and mechanics (and the feel of constantly unlocking new stuff), and sometimes I'm stuck in situations where my phone is my best option to kill a fairly solid amount of time.

And then, sometimes, I choose my phone first, because I want to get through twenty more goddamn levels with Rebecca because she's THIS CLOSE to getting another skill level and-

Well, anyway, I think the game is genuinely a lot of fun, and I think the design is cheekily adorable. It's definitely good stuff for anyone that likes looking at cute girls, and for me, I enjoy putting myself in a mental place where all us cool villain gals are taking a night off from our own personal Kronks and playing a rousing game of Bitch.

I'm on ios, and my art skills are, uh, 'in training,' so here's Liz prepping the gaming table while touching her pu- I mean, petting her cat.

    She's really just petting a cat, guys.(https://imgur.com/a/MKwNahD)"

"I like surprising amount of depth and strategy that goes into making a dungeon, the amount of skills, monsters and room types gives a lot of room for synergies on top of pretty good progression system

"My favorite part about the game is its unique design. I always loved playing tower defense games when I was younger, but the genre never had any heavy hitters besides Bloons Tower Defense. I love how there's so much added depth to the format. I also think that it deals with randomness better than any game I've ever played. Normally RNG can be frustrating. Since the game gives you your choice of reward, over time the randomness evens out based on your smart decisions. Getting one or two bad rewards due to RNG won't sink your run, but consistently making bad decisions certainly will. Good decisions however, can create some of the nuttiest combos I've ever seen in a video game. Nothing feels better than seeing Floria with fifteen thousand armor and two thousand fury.

This image was created as a placeholder image for missing images on the Dungeon Maker Wiki I help run. I needed one and I happened to remember a picture that the developer of Yandere Simulator made when people kept asking him about his progress on finishing a character. I made the image entirely on a laptop track pad for added authenticity.

    Blog post for reference: https://yanderedev.wordpress.com/2017/06/28/has-any-progress-been-made-on-osana-how-close-is-osana-to-being-finished-whats-taking-so-long/comment-page-3/

"I've never played phone games before, but I was wondering why my boyfriend was on his phone so much playing some game (Dungeon Maker). He let me try playing it and I got addicted and bought the game for myself haha. I enjoy brainstorming strategies and finding out the best strategies for the game. I just love deck building games like Slay the Spire, which the developers said they drew inspiration from.

I have been having a lot of fun with the new update and been in general enjoying all the new content the developers are adding. I can tell they really care about this game and can't wait for future updates. I drew a Corrupted Elite Archer on the back of my classwork because new update and since she's

"i enjoy the visuals of dungeon maker the most. the art style is pleasing to the eye and is what attracted me to the game in the first place. what also made me like the game was the fact that it was a td like game and there are not many of those that are good in the app store.

https://imgur.com/a/OrW3eHF i am not the best at drawing but i drew an elite angel because i think she is cute and i always see her in the later levels. "

So i just reach day 1000+ first time (trial 8) and for whatever reason there's always 1 or 2 enemies just refuse to die in every battles, its like they have hundreds of immortallity or something, this make the battles took much longer than usual and really annoy me. Aneone know the reason ? (I use Rebecca btw)

This doesn't help, but I really wish there was a way to highlight a hero (or a monster) and see their status (or maybe just view a list of all active monsters and heroes with their statuses). I don't think this is likely to make it into the game any time soon, but it would really help to be able to fine-tune your strategies.

Heroes just scale a lot faster, there hp goes to insane levels, they can reach 100k+ hp easily, sometimes even millions of hp, so unless you picked immortality,armor,regen/vampire in your setup, you just need more dmg, incase of you picking regen/vampire, your setup is not build to onehitting enemies so they might aswell just heal themself to full life with a single attack

I never pick any vampire/regen trial cards and only 1 or 2 heroes become like that, the others just die normally. Their hp bar literally empty and the only status show is immune.

When you say "the only status show is immune" - how do you see their status? This sounds like the feature I was wishing existed is actually already part of the game and I didn't notice...thanks!

I agree with @toastkid - it is annoying not being able to inspect anything about your enemies during the battle. Maybe one of the new menu options could show you a list of enemies and their debuffs?

Anyway, one small thing you can do is take note of what the hero looks like and then look them up in the index (on the title screen). Using this, I discovered Eskimo was one that takes me forever to kill, and I guess it's some combination of immunity to slow and slowing my monsters, then some random defensive skills added to the Eskimo.

It appears on the screen when they are given debuff while having immunity stats.

I'm kind of stuck for "Protect your Lord" hard challenge. Using Tania and fill my dungeon with battle room as fast as I can but usually I will be dead around day 80. I tried to fill my Dark Lord room with my strongest monsters or blocking the way before they can reach Dark Lord room but both approaches doesn't show much better results so I'm wondering how do people beat it.

Ah yes. Am I right in thinking that it's only the Boss levels that add in extra global buffs on top of the heroes basic skills, and that apart from that the heroes just get more levelled up as you go through? (as well as having more of them, and a stronger mix of elites etc)

I think that's right for global buffs, but I assume the heroes get random skills added to their list just like monsters.

Hey fellas, gonna pull out a shameless plug here for:
    https://duma-eng.wikia.com/wiki/Dungeon_Maker_Wiki

At the end of July I probably made one of the biggest mistakes of my life and bought this game. It has been a couple months and now after a hundred, maybe more hours of free time spent learning some css, building templates, formatting, messing up formatting, learning more css, uploading images, and gathering data I'm finally at a satisfying point to shill this wikia I founded and have so far built alone.

Getting numbers and descriptions was made easy by the helpful and efficient members of the japanese https://wikiwiki.jp/duma/, but setting it all into formats I was aesthetically satisfied with chewed up more time than I should've ever spent. I love this game though, so its worth it anyways.

Relics in the Corruption Pack, the Abyss Shop, unit idle animations, hero run animations, and corrupt hero stats are not complete, but almost everything else is (every atk sprite, die sprite, and idle sprite for placeholder as well as events, orbs, equips, rooms, books, torture stats, etc.). Of course, I've done all I am allowed with permission given to me after correspondence with GameCoaster and wikia is a free public platform after all. I hope you'll stop by.

If heroes had random skills, it would make the game in majority of cases a lot easier, and in some cases you would just insta die in some setups (lets say a hero gets mystic one, and you run CC, well congrats you are dead)

Ugh, I've got this whole long run planned and it involves fusing a couple copies of Fairy for orbs. I didn't get Ent Girls for the longest time, and now that they are finally showing up, I'm totally out of Imps. And I haven't seen a 1-star monster drop in the last 50 days...

I'm thinking maybe as you go along, the frequency of 1-star monsters goes down, until eventually you don't see them anymore? I also have a bunch of Hatcheries right now, maybe it has to do with the monster level being rolled? In a while I will tear down my hatcheries to investigate... but I'm going to be pissed if I can't make another Fairy because of Imps lol...

Note to anyone starting a run who wants to make Fairy Orbs... Gather Imps in the early days and don't touch them!!
