Who said that it is unintended behaviour? You can only succeed monsters/rooms from whatever your last game was, it does not count per mode (since in challenge you can´t take them in anyway) and after a challenge run you can succeed the facilities/monsters from that run, if you have something really important store it, if you don´t have storage, don´t do challenge mode
What do people do to make levels 100-400 interesting? It's so boring I end up just quitting because you usually have a good defense setup and nothing really requires improvement.
ios ver 1.4.6 Update Live - Game performance improvements Check it Out! XD (This Pic is New Dark Lord Irea by すさび)
I've got a question about room (facility) succession. When I start a new game, I choose a monster and a facility (usually Warhorn) to bring through to the new game. I always get a choice to place the monster, but I never get the option to place the room that I chose: the game always has the standard default battle room in the middle of the grid. Am I missing something? Having Warhorn as the entrance room makes such a massive difference, it's so painful to miss out on it.
Put this down for a month or so, came back and boom first run got to room 100 and immediately lost but don't care it was the first time I ever got that far.
Please don't take this as sarcasm but have you tried reading glasses? I just started wearing them a couple of years ago, and when I did I realised that I should have been wearing them for a few years before then. Like going gray, needing reading glasses is just one of those unfortunate side effects of not being as young as we used to be. The text is small in this game though, in places. I've got a few pairs of reading glasses with different strengths, and with some of them I can't read the small text very well. (I have an iPhone 5S too)
Who is your dark lord? :> You can overcome it with the default Dark Lord. An example video played here with Elizabeth might help.
Tania is a good Dark Lord for this one, since her strength doesn't rely on her leveling up too much. For her strategy, just try to build Warhorn ASAP and place it at the entrance, and spam her second skill. Also make sure everyone in her room has Mystic One skill for room 120. Seriously, if you're about to do 120 and anyone in her room doesn't have Mystic One, just remove them for now. Even if she's the only one left in there.
- Have the following skills: OverSpeed, Mystic one, OverSpeed, Forestallment, Blade Storm - Install the following trap: Frosty Wind - Have the following equipment: Crystal Hammer, Ruler's Staff, Enticing Hammer, etc (Special) - Avoid the following trials: Thorn, Fury Grant, Hero's Immune Effect But if you try a variety of things, you can get it easily.
There are a LOT of completely different strategies, for protect your lord you should try a setup that requires very little effort (and RNG) to build, aka. don´t try to build a full trap setup and expect to get stuff like meteor shower, that won´t happen unless RNG is on your side, even a warhorn is not guaranteed whatsoever, but if you can get it, your run is basicly won already unless you did major mistakes OR had really bad RNG luck with trials, basicly try to build a very generic setup and along the way if you get offered a lounge (always pick lounge, it is required for a lot very good facilities) or fury pick it if you can get 2 frenzy + lounge you almost won the run already. But now to tips from me that people havn´t mentioned yet for challenge runs: If you are on a normal challenge run (trial 1 difficulty) the merchant cost is still extremely low, which makes reading the "how to get rich" book a lot better (10 gold per day, you can stack it 3 times later on) and 30 gold per day can make the run really really easy If you can stack some immortality you can read a book that grants 5 harted (+1% dmg per hatred) every time immortality is triggered which can increase dmg output somewhat
Can someone post the rewards for the challenges and a picture of the item and its description? I am debating which challenges I want to finish first and I am not sure if Monster Succession Up x1 or Bow of Light. Thanks!!
Can you please explain what Forestallment does? The way I understand it is that it only provides a bonus for only one hit every battle (not every time a monster enters the room or something like that) and its only 4% of the acceleration, which doesn't mean much. Electric weapon or deadly blade give 10% more damage on each hit. Also, what is the reward 150% EXP from challenges? Does it change the rebirth xp? I'm currently finishing Trail 10 and I will probably try challenges after it.
I'd say it's an oversight in game design because they treat the 2 modes as the same identity. It happened due to the addition of Challenge mode and I'm pretty sure they didn't think it's that far. You literally tell the players do not do the new mode, which is accessible without any restriction, and give a penalty without warning of some sort. If that's not an oversight then I can only say they aren't competent UX designer, the basic of basic, do not punish the players that want to try out your new feature because you want to gather the feedback from that as much as you can. 4% per each acceleration, per each hit. Which mean if you can stack 10 Acceleration, your monster will do 40% more dmg.
