Anyone who has completed d+340 of difficulty 10...? I wonder when your strategy is changing in the process of climbing.
I thought level 340 was max but it seems to keep going.. is there any point in continuing to play past 340? (difficulty 2) I have 24 vault upgrades and still only 1 carry over room and no auto attack
I recommend you go to the next level of difficulty. It will not be harder than you think. It is more efficient to get rebirth rewards.
Maybe withdraw and challenge for next difficulty level would be better. You should be upset. It’s not problem only for impatient people. Gatcha design is not customer friendly and it could hurt the entire game. The game could have been WAY more fun, but the devs sacrificed fun for greed. Let me explain: The base game cost $4 USD but the IAP are + $50 dollars. That's a huge motivation for the devs to add more stuff to get impatient people to spend. They could make it harder to get rebirth stones, making the grind longer. They could add more 3-star monster unlocks, making it harder for you get S-tier unlocks. They could lessen how much the "reduce 1 star equipment" actually reduces, making it take 50 unlocks to get a 10% reduction (and you wouldn’t know because they don’t tell you the numbers). All of those things would make the game worst for patient people. What's really important is what they AREN'T doing. Instead of adding more content that shakes up game-play (like different map grids, with dead-ends or branching paths), they are only adding stuff that can be hidden behind the Gatcha wall. So, any feature that doesn’t encourage impatient people to spend is WAY less likely to be made. Consider Overwatch: They have a massive (3000+) catalog of skins, player icons, sprays, highlight intros, victory poses, emotes, BUT ONLY 5 new heroes and 7 new maps (Heroes don’t’ even really count, because they let the company add more skins). Compare that to Warcraft 3 which had an expansion released a year later that added new maps, new units, gameplay changes like remodeled siege engines, armor and weapons system revamped, new single player campaign, etc. I hope you can see how the Gatcha feature dominates every design decision. And how almost all of them make the game worst for everyone. Please look at the long term. Gatcha is such a terrible mechanic that even though I like tons of things in this game I could never give it higher than 1 star.
