Actually your progress gets autosaved everytime you get to next floor. Exp, gold, gems and items gets saved, but dungeon progress and relicts gets reset if you leave dungeon or exit game. By the way you can leave dungeon anytime with red button in settings menu.
Thanks for clarifying.# I admit I have only spent a short time in the game so perhaps the non ability to save is not as harsh as I initially thought. I will devote more time playing the game before I post again about the save system.

You know a game is good when you play it until 2 in the morning. I could not get into Dungelot, but this game hooked me right away. Wow! Thanks
Im not a dev but I think you get money, tokens (or whatever those are called) and selection of relics which you unlock so when you start the game you can go to Well and pick them up from the beginning.
Man do you grind first stage to gear up or what? The second stage kills me before I can even get to floor 2...
You kind of do until you find some good weapons and armor and insert gems to get better defense/health/attack etc but one thing I didn't do for the first hour I played was assign my skill points when I leveled up. It's obvious how you use the one point to level up the skill of your choice but you can also assign points to armor,health etc if you are like me and didn't realize you could do that yet that Might explain difficulty to cause I didn't even realize those points were there to assign until I was a level 5 lol
Well I personally put more points into health and armor and I embedded health and +attack gems into all my weapons/armor but what's great about this game is that there is so much customization when it comes to that
Omg I just saw like you said about putting points into your defense, attack, and others along with adding skill points into skills. That is definately not obvious at all.
New version of the app is already waiting for approvement in app store and will be available soon. It includes autosave of current dungeon progress.
