Well if that's true, they can't break their promise! But where did they that? Twitter, other game site?
Actually, it would be a good thing if they used the HoS engine for this. That engine may not have been powerful enough to handle God of War type action (which is why HoS combat felt so "weightless"), but I think it's perfect for the slower, smaller battles in an action RPG. BTW, supposedly MC:S uses a brand new engine, which actually it's not surprising considering how much of a step up it is from other Gameloft fare (graphics wise, anyway).
Yeah, where'd they say that? And, anyone have ideas on the pricing? I want this, but I probably won't be able to get any apps until I get an iTunes gift card during Thanksgiving, Christmas, or from my bro if he feels nice.
I know! That would be awesome, I want to get Blades of Fury, but I was savin money for Dungeon Hunter, I hope it comes out this week, even though it was said to be released next week
That is usually Gamelofts MO. They show info for a game which is close to completion or submission. As for price I am going to go out on a limb and suggest $6.99. I think they are staying away from $9.99 pricing to sell more units.
If you check Blades of Fury's twitter the gameplay trailer tweet was 1 hour before the game was released so maybe the same will happen to Dungeon Hunter's Twitter. So I would watch their (Dungeon Hunter's) Twitter.
Also like modern Combat where they said it'd be dealayed for a couple of weeks then all of a sudden, ta-da! surprise it's out!
Well, so far the recent Gameloft trend has been going like this (IMHO): Gangstar < Modern Combat < Blades of Fury If this trend continues, I'll have to brace myself for Dungeon Hunter, 'cause it'll be doozie.
I sure hope there is some kind of way to wander around doing whatever the hell you please, like in The Quest. If so, I will buy this game so fast it will open up a black hole.
