I haven't seen any ranged weapons on the trailers nor heard any news about it. I hope there are bows and the like.
The real problem is it teaches people to wait out the developers. I know that's what I learned. Why should I pay $10 for a game when I can pay half that price, or less, by waiting a month or two? It isn't that I don't think some of the games are worth it, it is that I like saving money. I don't see why I should pay more than anyone else because I supported the game immediately. I don't begrudge the developers for it, but if they want to play price games then I'll play too.
+1 i'd rather have these "clones" of good games that play good and look good too than have nothing good to play. Besides, i'm tired of the ton of match 3 and td games. Go gameloft!
Yep, clones done good can still be good. Don't like clones? Don't ever play the hundreds of Diablo 1, Wolfenstein and C&C clone. I agree with what was said of prices too. If they want people to pay premium, they shouldn't have kept lowering the price, not that I'm complaining. I also think the games are worth the price, but am not willing to be the chump that jumps on a game right after it's released and be ripped off.

Seriously if it weren't for Street Fighter clones, King of Fighters wouldn't exist. If it weren't for Metal Gear Solid clones, Syphon Filter wouldn't exist. Neither would Splinter Cell Conviction. Most of them are either indie devs like @core over there or supporters/beta testers of their games. I hart them coz the bar is being raised so high they can't survive the comparison unless they get to claim their 'game' is more original or have 'soul' @core made a posted a lot of statistics on how a fighting game should be based on street fighter and other existing fighting games then takes potshots at gameloft over 'cloning' what is the 'H' word again? I just hope his own fighting game 'Kinetic' if it ever comes out doesn't copy anything from existing games
i wonder why there is not much hype with this game hahahah,maybe because everything is done with this game(cinematic and official trailer)except the release but wouldn't mind it getting released late this month,i still have many games to play,hahahaha
