I was just wondering about the same thing, and I am at Level 100 now (took me another 2 hours). No new gears so I am just gonna stay at where I am and wait for update Btw can you find any rooms in "Free-for-All" or "TeamDeath Match"? GTK no higher tier after 97. I can join or host MP match fine, just that my dmg is reduced to below 100 every time. Pretty annoying.
All lvl10 Charms are quite expensive, and take ages to merge Radiant drains Mana, as far as I could figure out. Should be handy in PvP. Notice how some Mage enemies drain your mana with their attacks? That is a Radiant attack, pretty sure.
I'm done. I'm curious, after finishing, I never seem to have unlocked the brownish banner-area in the mountains between the Lost City and the Giant's Steppe. Any idea what that is? Well, low will-power me, I didn't put it down earlier, but managed to get through the final boss round, to find that the end of the story is, (not much of a spoiler) nothing really. Sigh, that wasn't really worth the trouble. Did anybody else find the little angel bosses to be odd? They were tiny, and why with names like Harmony, why were they fighting me? Not enough IAP to pay the story-team? With the Merge glitch I managed to save at least $40 on the gear I needed to finish, and I think that is fairly ridiculous. If games had to list the estimated cost of finishing the thing, along with "most common" IAP, that might be helpful. How much did it cost their beta-testers to get through it? I may go buy some other games to show support for other business models. Anybody else notice that in the final run up to the end I kept getting drops of level-one charms? Like the game is set up to work the charm glitch? It does make it a strange game where you can't really progress through the game-play. The gear that's dropped is nearly always below what you've got, so the only way to improve gear is to buy it (see $40 price-tag on mine above), and as for the crafting option, after finishing the game (by cheating for sure) I have found the equivalent total of 13 voidstones. So, I could buy some shoes. And that is the only option for non IAP gear that is worth anything in the game. Basically, the game is not set up to be played, it is set up to be bought. You (almost) cannot complete it without breaking down and buying your way though, so why not simply buy your way from the beginning? I suppose the IAP's get cheaper as you go, so you could judge the game's value vs your time. But still, the game is not done by playing it. It felt like using to glitch to "beat" the game made for a better game than buying my way through. The timers too made it a real challenge. Overall, I'm relieve to be done, and don't think I'll be picking up a Gameloft app again soon. Not a great experience, and I'm sure there are better. I can confirm that the glitch works with ANY Charm merge, poison included. So, best be bloody careful to not check the store right before your lvl10 merge finishes
huh? I did something differently to this glitch, but I have tested your method and it worked (lv9 BladeMaster with tier 47 blades feel sweet) Thanks mate! what I did was: 1. Merge 2 charms of 10% crit dmg 2. left the timer running and went to kill creeps 3. Looted a pair of boots from some Demon Champion 4. Went to check in my inventory for boots, got a tier 3 boots (from the Demon Champ) and a tier 35 boots out of no where (3000+ health bonus) 5. The merging charm had disappeared Now when I tap on other boots in the inventory I lose 3000 HP EDIT: I have tested my method once again with other charms but doesn't seem to work again.
Issue solved, I m now geared with all the tier 47 crafting items. I assume that is the best we could ever find in shops? This glitch is nice otherwise this game would've been really hard unless u have lots of gems.
No, Void is not the highest tier. It goes higher, 97 was mentioned one page ago or so. I just have the Eternal Battle left in Elite mode at lvl45, and got tier 73 stuff in the store. New tiers come up quite fast, so with the timers it is really not worth it to upgrade completely to a new tier. My recommendation: Get the new tier weapon, keep whatever old stuff suits your Charms set, and of armor buy only what looks like it does improve your overall set. Example: I kept the Void helmet up till now, because I could not find any other one with good slots in it to suit my set. Now that I have tier73, I am slowly upgrading my pieces one by one, and at the same time consolidating my Charms: merging them, or selling and replacing lower level ones in my equipment where I can get better ones from stuff in the store. Question: Ice Charms seem to be very rare. Did anyone find lvl 9 or 10 of those, or do I have to merge them? Same goes for Stun, I only found maybe half a dozen of those, but do not use them anyway; they might be good in PvP, though.
Yeah... Just stick to my method. Also @sheinfell stun gems are great in PVP. They're often the deciding factor between two evenly matched characters.
Ok so as I level up, items which are better than tier 47 will appear in shops??? Or do they only come from loot? A friend described this game to be similar to Diablo so I assumed the best items only come from loot. It feels like Sentinels are OP in PvP as a Blademaster I can't even touch them, or perhaps I need better skills... Lvl13 currently.
All ranged classes have a huge advantage in PVP. And loot scales with your level, so the only way you'll get better loot than tier 47 is by being at a level greater than 47. And gem items at higher tiers will typically appear at higher levels than whatever you can loot, unless you grind like crazy. Unfortunately, diablo has much better balancing in this regard.
I guess not. You can start a new character and test it out. By the way, did you ever get an item drop that was better than the tier 97?
As a Blademaster, what sort of charms m I gonna keep? I m lvl13, have the tier 47 Void set no slots currently but from the previous posts it seems like as I level up those charms will become increasingly important. Stupid inventory limit... Any suggestions on what to keep and what to discard?
I was in Eternal Battle fighting level 3xx monsters and the highest tier gear that I got from the loots is 89, at which I think I was around level 95-100. If I keep levelling up it might be possible to get some item has tier 97+, but I am currently not so motivated to explore. Or useless at the point where you can just kill him in one single shot if you can max your damage. (dont think anyone can have 2m+ health, which is my damage on hit without all the potions, but with my full gear which is possible if you are willing to invest so much time on this game!) If you cant get hold of the damage charms then fair enough P.S. I was just going to get a full stun gear (90% I think) with a level 9 arc, to see how one can piss off from being stun for the whole fight lol. But Gameloft clear my gems before I do anything I only have got one level 3 ice charm that is from monsters so far.. I think and if you are a sentinel, a level 37 arc in shop have a +14% ice charms on. HTH. BTW Gameloft just zeroes down my gems after I got bored of the game Well done Gameloft and Lucky me!
Merge Charm does not work for me Ive tried this out carefully and trawled every post in most forums, but the merge glitch does not (has never) worked for me . I dont know if its device specific or maybe they patched it.. Any similar experiences?
You're doing it wrong then. It works 100% if you actually do it right. Unless it's another glitch that counteracts that one, since this is a very glitchy and buggy game.
