Sorry, should have said the Courtyard. This opens up when you unlock the World map. You fight waves of enemies, get gold, xp, gems, ore, items etc...
Co Op Arena is much more exp, gold and items per minute than anywhere else that i'm aware of. Sadly everyone that joins dies around wave 4 and then i end up pushing it to wave 6-8 if i get lucky. I play battlemage lvl 8 and have some of the gem items. I usually hide in corners and shoot the middle of map until boss comes then i do a run and gun tactic I am using a life leech on hit about 2% passive and the spirit skill that heals you about 9%. Helps alot.
Same for me, between family and work I do not have much time to play. Which is exactly why I prefer a full-price game that is truly enjoyable for me. The constant shoving of IAP in my face only makes me more reluctant to drop a good price for what is a good game in all other aspects, like I did with other "free" games before. Maybe my tolerance for these things is very low, but I played less than two hours and am already immensely annoyed. Without that, for a full game like this, I would shell out 10+ Euros without thinking, because even 15€ would still be a bargain price for good quality. But it is their business model, and we can only hope that they overdid and it does not work out so they reconsider. But I am not getting my hopes up here. Oh, and for the potions: Health seems to regenerate at an ok rate so far, but I cannot really comment on it, as I am only level 5 or so.
F2P mainly targets whales F2P mainly targets whales who are way in the minority but spend a shit ton of cash. Responsible devs, that want to target whales should also consider regular consumers and have an option to purchase the game outright with no IAP crap and whales can get it for free and drop $100's on IAP.
RR3 sent me over the edge with IAP. Let me buy the game, let me play the game. That's all I ask. The whole potions thing is a fiasco. It is as if you don't think of me as someone who enjoys your games but instead as an easy mark to be nickeled and dimed to death. I'm not downloading any GL products until this whole IAP foolishness is fixed.
Where in the game do you have to go to find the videos you can watch to earn gems? I can't seem to find it (or it might not be in the Canadian version of this app).
What would have been an incredible game has been ruined by this IAP structure. I think Gameloft blew it again. Like many others here, I'd rather pay a fair price for an enjoyable game experience. With all of the interruptions for IAP, even "buying in" diminishes the experience.
Took awhile to figure out what to delete. Finally got space, downloading! Really looking forward to trying it after hearing a lot of good comments and that wait timers don't seem to be too much of an issue. Coolness!
Dang, with no support for MC4 and this, maybe it's days are numbered... I really hope they make the protocol open for the Gameloft duo gamer joystick cause it is awesome, better than an xbox controller in some ways. The dual analog sticks worked well in Nova 3, Asphalt 7, and Wild Blood. I pray they open up the protocol, so I can use it for dual stick shooters like Beat Hazard, Infinity Field, Mutantstorm, Ballistic and others, or for other FPS games. But hopefully one day, DH4 will have duo gamer support. Let us hope it is planned.
I had 20+gems from watching videos but had to reinstall the game because HUD customization wouldn't work and 'watch video' was gone. I suppose they removed it after peeps got 100+ gems watching them, now they get to keep what ever the amount of gems they've got for free and newcomers get zilch. no surprise here really
for 1) no, u can play it completely offline and there is already a hack available that proofs it 2) kind of, agreed 3) they can't ban without being connected to your GL Account. In addition there isn't any udid check anymore since Apple updated their AppStore rules
I think he meant a ban from TA, since piracy (and asking for help pirating) is against the forum rules.
Random question: Is there daily rewards/challenges for essential items? Kind of like the Subway surfers/TR2/Asphalt7 where you can play for 1 min a day and a few weeks later you can actually start playing the game when you're rich?
