I think your progress is saved in the files you see in iTunes if you choose apps and then scroll down you'll see all apps that can interact with your computer. If you choose DH4 you'll se 4-5 files that you can save. I think these files are your savefiles, but it's just a guess. A tip is to backup game continously with iTools, that way if the game crashes you can reinstall through iTools with your former progress.
Blood match is bugged right? Since last night my score hasn't counted. And the leaderboards seem to stand still. Or is it just me?
I just came across a similar bug. Challenge screen is just stuck and doesn't update even after the weekend . Anyone know how to resolve this issue???
Yes the team has played the game, quite extensively. One thing to keep in mind is that PvP is tough to balance consistently because flavor of the month builds, items and characters come and go. I'm sure that if the stun mechanic is extremely OP they will make the necessary tweaks to keep it in line with one of the upcoming updates. Ah. Ha. Ah, I am new to gaming on the iPad, had no idea about iTools. Unfortunately, I have already deleted my char and reinstalled. Original lvl 70 battle worn took me maybe 1 and a half months maybe? After playing so many mmorpg on pcs, this doesn't hurt so bad. And we learn something new every time eh? Time/date change & game crash Hi Ryan, To give the shorter version of the story, little cousin changed the time/date on my iPad for that damned candy crush game, and when I came back on dh4, was totally unable to go to blood match. This wasn't so bad, until I leveled up to 70 and made my full set of spirit stone (I was farming like crazy, had 200++ spirit stones). Immediately after I made them, the game crashed and I was no longer able to play at all, no matter how much I waited, restarted the iPad etc. in the end, I had to reinstall the whole game and now have started playing back with a new char.... All in all, it was quite depressing how much time and effort I put into leveling up and farming, just so that it finally crashes and I have to restart from the beginning... Hmm...I'm not sure about that. I don't know if that's related to skipping the device date/time ahead or not. Since data is saved locally, if you uninstalled 100% that character and game data is then deleted. We won't have a way to restore that character on our end. The only thing we could help you with is trying to restore purchases that you made and then lost because of a game error. If you haven't already contacted our support, I'd suggest doing that if you're trying to get reimbursed for a purchase. After the recent update Astral Arena still wont open hi everyone! im the guy who posted this "I have passed the game yet there are two cities that have not opened up. One is up in the mountains right above Bayant Mountain Range (it has a green flag) and the other is below The Astral Arena (it also has a green flag). Anyone know why they havent opened? What does it take for them to open up?" two months ago, and after doing the recommended fixes like "killing the first boss, then the second boss" and the typical "on and off" im still in a dilemma--- The Astral Arena still wont open. so I've decided to just wait for a new update thinking that this will fix all the bug problems, a new update arrived two days ago and i was hella happy, but to my dismay the said instances still wont open :/
The only other thing I could suggest trying is uninstalling, but keeping the local data so your progress is saved, and then reinstalling the game to see if that helps. There is a chance a file is corrupted or wasn't installed correctly and is preventing you from going to the Astral Arena. Otherwise, I'm really not sure as to why you're having this ongoing problem.
Hey Gameloft_Ryan, has the Blood Match difficulty raised recently? I am level 100 and use to beat all bosses quite easily. Now it is virtually impossible to beat the first couple of bosses. I have noticed the level of the first bosses has increased dramatically. I believe the first boss was level 205!
When in doubt Hi Ryan, Well, to be honest, I'm not angry at you guys, just wanna know how to prevent this from happening again that's all. Like the local data, how exactly can it be saved, mind giving step by step if possible? I have a couple of questions about the game that I'm missing. The free wheel of fate have not work for me for several weeks now. I have sent in support and they've suggested me to do several things ie turn off wifi, turn off router, restart game, etc.. Nothing worked. Second question I have is how many skill points you as suppose to have when you are maxed out? I'm level 100 and have total of 94points after I reset my skills. Are we supposed to have 100points? Please help explain my two ques ty
So game had no icloud how is everyone saving progress to uninstall. I tried backing the documents folder up for save games but when I restored it, it didn't work This of course was an old save from version 1 going into this version, maybe why?
Ummm, so I'm late to the party. I really haven't tried this before given my old iPad only had 16GB capacity. Now that I've traded up to 32GB device, I want to give this a shot. Before I do though, can someone give me some imps. :-D 1. Are there any paywalls? 2. How does the IAP work? Are there items that are premium currency only? 3. Heard somewhere that pots don't drop and that they're purchasable only using premium currency. Is at true? How does an ARPG like this work without pots? 4. How does end game look like? Is there something similar to D3 or WoW end game here or does it just end and you have to make a new character to continue? Any other things I need to know before I take the plunge that may be annoying along the line?
I can not get progress over to another device. Using ifunbox is not working. Logging into gameloft in the game is not restoring data either
1 - no real pay walls, but you will be grinding for coins to upgrade/buy new weapons if you don't buy the IAP, which leads to... 2 - IAP is for Gems. Gems can be used to buy higher level weapons, potions, revive you when you die in a dungeon, but spins on the daily lottery thing. Gems are actually easy toget by doing the daily challenge and blood matches. Also on the daily literary, keep going back out and in, without spinning, until the first prize is gems - 10 easy gems there! 3 - what's Pots? 4 - not finished yet, and would like to know myself. As for other info, the archer class is really hard! I started with one and got to lvl 10 but then struggled to get through the next part. Restarted with the two sword class and it was much easier (passed the same stage at lvl 8, now lvl 26). I think the sword carrying classes are the easiest, then wizard, then archer - but that's just me guessing Hope that help Edit - it's free so try it and if you don't likey... Deletey
This game doesn't sync up to our servers so logging in to your Gameloft Live account won't move progress from one device to the other. The only way to save progress, I believe, on iOS is to save local data and not do a full uninstall. Or as others have mentioned, try saving a backup of your device with that game progress stored that way.
I'm not sure why you're missing skill points but the Wheel of Fate is something our team is working on fixing currently. I'm hoping they will be able to fix any issues associated with it in the next update or with a hotfix.
