I like the game, but good lord, the IAP system in this game is laughable. Already deleted cause of it. It's a shame, could have been worth playing through

  2. So I take it I shouldn't get this game. Bummer

Well, now all I have to look forward to is all of the posts complaining about the freemium being chucked into the price-complaint thread and the day Gameloft decides to realease Blitz Brigade

I like the game already, and i sure didnt pay for anything yet, so the question i want answered is...

How far will $5 take me? The game sure is worth more than $5 , if not for the IAPs, and how it works with the grinding... But $5 is pretty much my threshold on spending money on freemiums, and the only times i went past $5 are pretty rare.

Depends. If you're spending on potions only, then pretty far. If weapons/gear, then...nowhere.

So the IAP is like Glu Games? Small IAP gets you nowhere correct?

Anyone try co-op yet? We should, just to see how the game fares that way. Borderlands is hardly playable in some parts without friends, so this might be the case, too.

Co-op is only for select portions of the game.

I have yet to find a game where IAP improved gameplay.

I'd gladly spend money if we're for anything other than impatience tax. I'm too well trained to grind (don't blame iOS gaming, I was grinding in PC mmo games long before I got my 4S).

I was so looking forward to this. IAPs are one thing but timers! Even worse.

Plus I need to clear a huge amount of space to install. Don't think I'll even bother. Be nice if the Gameloft guy responds about the freemium model and timers

Yet another game ruined it seems by timers/IAPs. Would have gladly paid $10 or so if this was a premium priced game like Batman was.

The potion timers seem to be reduced to four hours (the TA plays video shows 8)

@JBRUU I just clicked the free gems button, it only gave me one tho for watching a Clash of Clans video.

Tried co op in the courtyard, it's a wave based arena like DH3. Maybe a good way to earn experience? I got owned because I'm level 5 and the monsters were 7. Btw also showed me how impressive this game is, so many enemies and effects... Wow I think I'll try to play it anyway despite my hatred for freemium stuff.

(Anyone wants to add me - kioshi)

This game is complete shit. It is actually worse than DH3 which I didn't think was possible. 4 hour wait for a potion? Not paying money for consumables. Skip this garbage ass game.

That's considered fair for a game with PvP?
