just released. looks like a real old school rpg. like a cross between chronicles of inotia and arvale. anyone try it yet? ill probably get it tomorrow, id be really grateful if anyone could get back to me on it. Ive suffered some serious buyers remorse (monkeyball) so i don't want to dive right in on this one.

    $4.99 in appstore

Looks interesting. I hope its gameplay is as good as its graphics.

What's with the potty humor? It's juvenile.

    Yeah, its the same company.

This looks pretty cool but I have to play through Chronicles of Inotia first before I get this.

You've got a point. I've used this as a log on since I was in junior high. 12 years ago, it might be time to ditch it.

ive played it for about 15 minutes, its a great game. its like literally if arvale and chronicles of inotia had a baby, this would be the baby. its gameplay is very like arvale. classic rpg movement, you can talk to shopkeepers, buy, sell etc... .but theres no rpg combat (ff style) all the combat is in game and its not turn based. very nice music. looks nice and polished.
starts with choosing from three characters adjusting their skills.
could definitely be the new chronicles of inotia.*JIZZ*:D

I can't afford to keep buying every new RPG that comes out, I haven't even come close to finishing any of them yet, but again I'm so tempted to get this latest one. I suppose my next vacation will involve a lot of time by the pool and an iPod charger. Oh, and I saw that SNL video for the first time yesterday, greatest thing they've ever done (although to be honest that's because most of their humour goes over my head as I'm not American).

Okay I played for a good 5 minutes (I would play longer but it's time for bed and I've gotta work tomorrow).

The graphics are retro SNES but well done. The music and sound effects are decent, music is not as good as Arvale or Inotia.

The one problem I see right off the bat is that when you move to the overworld/combat area and you are on the left side of the screen your thumb covers your character. So if there is an enemy on the lower left side it's hard to fight. This is obviously a problem since the game was ported to the iphone from another mobile device with buttons, it's not a deal break yet though.

I'll be playing a little more tomorrow.

Is there a STORY, or is it just a dungeon crawl where you collect loot and level up? Cause if that's all I wanted to do, I'd just play Progress Quest or something.
