we can get 5 of the 65% gold rings? I thought we can only get 1. btw, what do you mean by focus on the nature first? thank you.
The elemental dungeonsopen up the notebook and you should see 5 colorful shapes under the hell stone. The nature element has a build reduction. Unless a ring or necklace is earned by an achievement, you can get them over and over again. However, it takes time. I'd recommend buying that one when you can because once you've found one, you can't buy another. But if you buy one, and find one, you'll have two. The dev posted another updatehe's really been churning it out. I think all the new additions require a lot of tweaking to balance right, so I'm glad he's on it. It been about 3-4 days for this to hit iOS, but here's the notes: <1.91.3> (Android) - Reduced enemy HP and ATK - New accessories - Skill Rebalance - Added 'A.I Build' detailed setting function - Bug fixes New accessories are probably for the elementals. The AI build additions will be great too.
I see you point about nature. However, I'm focus on dark and fire for skip days and speed up. If you're right, I probably need to sell all the necklace and ring. too bad I already max them all up. For Necklace MK-43 and Ring MK-2, they're earned by achievement. It will be huge help if we get two of each.
Yeah, the achievement accessories you can only get one of...I'm not sure what you mean about needing to sell all the necklace and rings you've maxed out. I meant if you don't *already* have the gold bonus ring (Mk2) or even defense bonus ring (just called Ring actually, maxed out +200 health, 15% evade and 15% damage reduction), then buy one, because you won't be able to buy one after you find one. If you've already got one, then keep going and you'll eventually get another. The MK-41 defense necklace is also useful along with the defense ring the tower fights where your main character can't attack, but can still gain those bonuses. The all skills necklace Mk-14 is also a huge help for 1) increasing your blacksmith bonus on weapon mods, or further reducing the cost of modding with ogre's miner skill 2) increasing your potential skill (to level 6 vs 3!) so your orc/ogre learns builder much more quickly 3) reducing building costsits only a 3% difference, but it adds up!
my necklace and ring are mostly get from achievement, so that's why I probably need to sell them all. thank you
Forgive me, but why the hell are you doing cloud saves this way? I mean, apple provides everyone and his dog with free 5gb icloud storage, which works right out of the box and you can just put the save there. Like many other game devs do. Which is, like, by the way, totally intended behavior for apps. Your game is still great nevertheless
Really enjoying this game! For you pros out there, I have a few questions. 1) What does 'Mutant growth inhibition' do? 2) Weapons vsArmored/vsMagic... Are all enemies either magic or armored, or is it only some that have one of these qualities? Some are obviously one or the other, but for many I can't tell. Especially some of the tower bosses.
Several people have asked about Elemental unlocks, could still use more data on this. I reincarnated on Normal mode after Awakening, got 1 talent there. Could use more help on how and why this works. Necromancer's Soul Bomb+ seems to be bugged, or at least have an inaccurate description. From the descriptor, it should work with his awakened skills Spirit Strike and Soul Festival, but it does not, at least against bosses. He really needs that for using Harvesting Power, which seems to be the difference between him having very weak DPS and pretty decent DPS, at all against many Tower of Trial bosses.
1) On easier difficulties, you don't really see many mutations, but by the time you get to END or GOD you see more and more. They are basically modified battle conditions that can effect you or the enemy, for example "Boss has 1000% move speed" "Boss is invincible for 1 second every 2 seconds" "Enemy is giant and health is 150%" "Reload speed is -950%" "Mercenary damage is -80% but character damage +30%" etc. So if inhibiting by 100% would mean that the reload speed for example, would turn to -475 or -850...I'm not sure how all the maths work in this game, with so many modifiers; rebirth bonuses, skills, promotions, ruby bonuses, hellstore bonuses, accessories... 2) I found this wiki article that went through the enemies, but I'm not sure how accurate it is. It looks like most of the enemies are normal (so Mr. Blade's slayer skill is really helpful!) https://dungeondefense.gamepedia.com/Monsters. By the way, new update is live. The new AI build has way more going on than I was expecting...and there's accessories for the elementals...6 more talents in water to go before I get my first one!
Sorry for not posting in awhile but figured I'd keep you updated. I know someone who has unlocked all elementals and unfortunately they are a big disappointment. The game speed buff from fire is nice but using any of the elementals as a main right now isn't viable. I just started farming Hell VII [Day 805] with nameless as my main. I don't think nameless gets enough credit as no one really uses him due to lacking in party buffs. Nameless also seems to be the strongest hero at Day 1 which allows you to push harder difficulties faster. Just my 2 cents.
So I've been playing for about two weeks and I just found out that you can save weapons with 150% weapon efficiency even if you don't play with the snake character in your party if you have the save weapon skill you can buy with the red gems. Finding information about this game is pretty hard. Does anyone know if there is a wiki or something with information like this.
Hm, is that even with the new accessories? That's a little disappointing, but probably something the dev will work out. He's been doing a lot of balance tweaks. Hm...Nameless is strongest, I think, for the waves because of his revenge skill. I just never found him doing as much damage as Mr. Blade. Maybe the promotions really help. It seems that Mr. Death's healing was nerfed a bit in the last update or two, so I might rethink one of my 7th inning switches—I've been taking out living sword (bounty hunter) and replacing with Death. @cmlap: There's a gamepedia wiki I posted the other day, but its not fleshed out or current. Your best bet is to read through the thread. There's quite a bit of good information here, although there have been so a lot of additions and tweaks so not all of it applies. Regarding saving?—scavenging—items, there isn't anything about that in the ruby store. Maybe you mean selling weapons automatically—looks like he is calling them trophies instead of weapons now in the update...not a good translation—loot would be better than trophy. This feature doesn't net you increased loot like the scavenger skill does though. There's another ruby feature which now says "please use automatically when the special technology is full," and I can't remember what that used to be but again bad translation...I'll try sending him a message on facebook. UPDATE: I realized that special technology is the special skills for your characters. I sent the dev some translation notes.
@solareclipsw So should I just save my rubies to try to buy the ring before getting 5 inherit items and ring slot? I recently got all but using skill auto feature. I just hope I don't unlock the ring first. I do understand there's a very small chance...
anyone know the "trick" for trial 27 - keep the balance? it takes an awful lot of dps to brute force trial 27 before the -+ bar fills up and ends the trial. more dps than trials 28 & 29
Finally got to the point of unlocking one of the spirits, which triggers the ability to activate a different element. I had assumed that when activating a different element, you would retain the bonuses of the the inactive ones (they just wouldn't earn XP unless you had the seed unlocked). Turns out that's not the case. The bonuses of your inactive tree stop applying as soon as you switch (at least, the HP bonus does. Not 100% sure about the others). So...I'm not seeing much point in leveling out additional trees, other than maybe getting a few reincarnations in Nature done in order to use it for the build discount for the first few hundred waves.
Don't sweat it too much. On their own the rings don't make much of a difference, but when you have a bunch paired with the bounty hunter skill it can mean the difference between 2 or 3 million a battle and 35 or 38. That adds up, but its not so high a priority. I'd recommend 5 inheritances, the rings and maybe awakening a couple first. When I started playing you barely got any rubies until you got to GOD mode, so the way you go about it is different now with all the adjustments. @MrCrinkle: yeah, I like that changing elements allows for different strategies—building phases with nature and AI build, money farming with light (good when you want to focus on buying health upgrades), dark and fire for bosses, and water...seems to be good for endless waves or your last days to slow down the crowds. (I bought the IAP for opening up all the elements) I'd kind of prefer having some "party skill"-like elemental bonuses that applied no matter what dungeon you have turned on. For example, if the build reduction and statue income stuck around no matter the element, but at a reduced rate, say 20% instead of 40%. But as it is, it does afford some interesting strategies.
So I just reached 100 days and have a few questions about the elemental dungeon. It says that you cannot change your element once you have chosen it, does that mean that your choice is permanent and stays with you forever? Or can you change it sometime in the future? On another note, which element would be best for the first element? Thanks
Hello everyone, I've played this game for a while and so far my team is Mr. Blade as main and then Mr. Eye, Orc, Ogre, and Mr. Soul. I have enough to buy Nameless but I'm not sure who I should switch out in replacement xD so if there are any suggestions or tips, I would really appreciate it!
