This is *completely* off-topic, but if yer a HoN fan (HoN 2.0 last night, weii!), and feel the need for something simpler, but faster and with much greater emphasis reflexes and precision, take a long, hard look at Bloodline Champions. It is the first online game tho catch my eye in a long, long time, and open beta just began. Then I am going to shamelessly jump at this opportunity to find an answer Among all the games released yesterday, and in spite of all the grand names, Dungeon Defenders is one of the most appealing. However, I've heard reports that it only works on iOS 4.2. Is this so, and if this is indeed the case, will a patch include iOS 4.1 functionality?
Can I just mention that the switching character feature is amazing. I love how quick and fast it is. I am also loving each character so much that I am slowly leveling up all 4 of them!
If the console/PC versions get new classes to play, will the mobile version also get those classes? Is there going to be cross device play between Android and iOS in any way?
I'm very curious about cross platform play as well. Will I be able to play vs PS3/XBOX players? Also will this be a downloadable game for consoles or do you have to buy the game at a store?
This game deserves to cost more than $2. After playing the game and quickly enjoying it, I would have paid $5-7. Just a hint to the developers, I WILL pay more for more campaigns and challenges or any additional content (new classes for example). Trendy is already guaranteed my money for the PC game or PS3 port (leaning towards pc for modding)
I would but I'm at work and shouldn't even be posting on the forums LOL. Just to play an online campaign would take 30 mins adn I can't even squeeze that into my lunch.
XBLA/PSN title. Will be available on multiple digital distributors like Steam on PC. No cross platform play there, MSoft and Sony have relatively closed systems. PS3 MAY be cross platform. PC is already compatible with Android. Yes, first update will include 4.1 support. Somewhere in this thread is a post with what we are guaranteed including in the first patch. We're taking notes from this thread now, and deciding what's feasible for patch 1.
The awful tutorial has been the most boring 10/15mn game beginning I have seen. The first games was quite disturbing and a bit a garbage that lost me but not boring. But since then the game grow on me at each play, I mean the single player game. It's not that often that I'm playing a game with something really new in its core gameplay and it's not about new features rarely seen or never seen before. But for me it's just a new kind of game. I could regret many points, particularly many design choices made for a multiplayer context and not fully suited to single player. But also the iPad port is a lot too much a straight version coming right from iPhone without much design adaptation to iPad. But even if far from perfect, it's still a so refreshing experience, and since I started understood that manage towers was far to be a detail, then the depth become better and better and the game started grow on me. Not perfect, wish better iPad adaptation, wish better tuned single player design, but great game for me. It is totally advised to any curious players and don't let you stop with the awful tutorial, the game worth few minutes of suffering.
Can anyone play a game. Cause I got a tough mission and I need friends. Also PMasher I was wondering what future content you will add. Also I'm on the mission after servants quarters so how much do I have left?
How do you equip new gear? In the "item toolbox" I don't see anything besides what's already equiped. Also, when I kill an enemy and they drop loot, it shows "equip now" as an option but I can't click on it ever. Any help? Thanks!
What is the button with the yellow down arrows used for? I must have missed it in the tutorial. Once I made it through the tutorial, this game has really grown on me! I can't wait to try the multiplayer... if anyone wants add me on GC!
Sorry man, my game froze up. Give me like 15 mins and I'll send you a new game request. I haven't played multiplayer yet so I'm prob gonna suck
Ok Trendy guys add these to the list of your potential updates: Fix it so when you die you can move the camera around. I just hate how I'm stuck staring at one direction and can't view the action real time. Also someone else mentioned this but I look at stats ALOT and I really find it hard to constantly flip my phone around. I've dropped it a couple times already! lol Gamecenter ID: thumbkiller Add me...I'm down to play!
