This game doesnt run smooth on ANY device. Its the developers skills what matter.

And what pissed me off more: Why a Second Wave when the first one isnt over yet (framerate and other bad stuff)??????????????????

It has adjustable graphics, and from what someone said the iPad 2 can run them at max.

Yep, as I said before the game is already optimized for the iPad2, hence the Video Upscale Button (we didn't want to have to wait for an update to get it in there :))! In fact, I'm pretty sure it's the only game on iOS right now which already supports multi-threaded operations :p.\

I'd love to hear your guys' impressions of DD maxed out an iPad 2. If I have the chance I'll shoot a comparison video for you guys when I'm in the office Monday/Tuesday!

Yep, soon. We have a plan in place to distribute them; once we get it completely set up, we'll email everyone when they can meet us in an online game to get their pet!

Yes and no. There was a slider option to pick the graphics level. With the new graphics chip you can move the slider to max to really make everything pop!

And, as stated before, it supports multi-threading. So you get a HUGE performance boost out of the iPad 2's new dual cores.

Here are some screenshots. Look at how sharp it is. Super smooth with no lag.

With the newly released iPad 2, is it possible that Trendy Entertainment could add even better textures to the game? Seems like it could be possible.

any chance of making performance acceptable on iphone 4? why there is no options to turn off dynamic lightning and other effects? the game by itself is perfect, but performance is a joke.

Thank you for the developer in the continuous support of the game. I guess this has been asked before but on top of my wish list would be VGA-out support for sub-iPad 2 devices, especially iPhone and iPod Touch. As I see many games gives impressive results, like Rage HD and Max Adventures, the button-intensive DDFW would witness great improvements with the support of VGA-out. My $0.02

I love this game so much but as everyone pre iPad2 says, it chugs. Would love to see more options to turn down some of the graphics, draw distance, dynamic lighting, textures etc.. The slider really doesn't help that much for resolution but individualize each setting would be great.
