This is weird but, I'm kind of happy I lost my guy now. Quick question, do the stats that you enter affect the type of pet you get? I mean, would anyone put less than level 70?

They do, and we're relying on the honor system for that. The pet also lists the level the hero was lost at in its name, so it serves to memorialize the lost hero level specifically (thereby being untruthful about your lost level kinda displays the untruth to everyone...).

When filling out the form I accidentally put the update date in instead of the actual purchase date, everything else is correct including the order number, should I just leave it or what?

That won't be a problem, the order number is actually what's important.

What if I don't exactly remember the levels? Because I was high level with all 4 but my Mage had the highest. It would be pointless with crap gear though right?

 

Oh man, I don't mind losing my character but I lost a sweet bow for my Huntress that Javahawk gave me.

 

The receipt number and order number are different things, the form clearly is asking for receipt number instead of order number. I am a little bit confused.

Receipt number is all numbers, example: #15XXXXXXXX, where all the X's are numbers.

Order number is M4AAAAAAAA, where the A's are letters (or numbers).

 

I just got the game yesterday and have only played one local game so far but I'm a bit confused as to what the "yellow arrow pointing down" button at the bottom right of the screen is for?

 

It's to call ur teammates to say u need help or that u found the boss/orge

 

Cheers, that would be why it didn't seem to do anything in a local game with one player then.
I might try to level my character up a bit and then jump in for some multiplayer later tonight.

Do the different guys have the same effect? i.e. does the hunter and apprentice guardians do the same thing and does the choice of build and other options such as level, not cheating but my hunter and apprentice were two different levels, effect your guardian?

 

Maybe I just suck but I cant get how the auto target works. Between the spotty camera and totally random enemy targeting it isnt much fun of a game. Bought it on ios since it never got out for xbl. Maybe I see why it didnt?

 

Is it possible to change our pet request if we want a different character?

 

Right. Though the form requests the receipt number, we can use either to look up the purchase.
