To the fellas on the fence: it is possible this is the most long-lasting, extensive, deep gaming experience available for iOS (possibly beating out even the Quest, with its 80+ hours, in terms of lasting appeal and content). It is also durned fun, one of the best multiplayer experiences I've had on an iOS device, already playable against Android devices, and eventually playable against the PC version. Better yet, you'll be able to play on your PC, leave the house, and then pick up where you left of with the same character on your iDevice. Yes, it has *tons* of issues, not to mention an interface never intended for an iPhone. But twice the problems could still not come close to stopping me from enjoying Dungeon Defenders more than almost any other iOS game, ever. I'd gladly pay ten dollars for it. One dollar is an incredible price. Don't miss it.
Mhm, and guys... I hope you enjoy our upcoming announcement about what we're going to do for lost saves!
ORLY? I just loaded up version 1 and ogre rushed 1 class. After data loss so many times... you get used to power leveling lol! Looking forward to the update now that I am not as mad.
It's true. This is one of the best games I've ever played. & it's still only on mobile. This will definitely be top 5 games of all time imo when it hits pc/console
Despite the last issues, bugs, and the framerate getting choppy at the last wave, this is one of the best games on my iPad. Lot of depth, replayability, and good graphics. I like that it's much more an action RPG than tower defense, because we've all played enough of those to death haven't we. The mix of different game elements makes it unique. And this last update, despite the erasure, is awesome. I have already passed my low level 2.0 characters and bought my first pet. No Oakvale or Monster Fest or whatever it was to do it. I can offline on my own again on my own time. Looking forward to what's coming in the future updates. By the way, has anyone who has been playing 4.2 noticed that sometimes the side chests in the Royal Gardens will drop their mana or equipment off the side into the rocks and oblivion? If you jump down there you die. Doesn't happen often, but every now and then. Not a gamebreaker though, probably just trash gear I would sell.
--->DaDramaLlama - aah okay, I should have said "less lag" instead. Sorry. (btw. Were you the very active Sacred 2 person on those forums? I remember the name, but it might just be a coincidense?)
I know i'm a bit late but... how do I get started with DD? Just got it - any general pointers and do's/do nots? The amount of information available on the forums is a bit overwhelming to read all the pages of this (and other) threads!
Still deciding - I like Archers in general, so probably the Rogue. Will eventually try them all though!
Thank you guys for making DunDef (once again) one of the top RPG's on iOS! More players to meet online, yay Keep it up and we're excited to announce a specialty for veteran players later today... As for getting started, this wiki page helps too: http://dungeondefenders.wikia.com/wiki/Guides Cheers, Jer

WOW, awesome! I shall start playing this game again after I get my guardian. Edit: I made a mistake filling in my form the first time. I hope you don't mind if I filled it in to correct my mistake a second time.
