There is a private beta build of Stencyl I could use, but it’s highly unstable right now. The latest version of Stencyl the game has been built with has an issue that it's looking for saves in different location than before, that makes it look like as if progress was wiped. I'll see with one of the Stencyl devs if I can get the game updated so all progress and IAPs are restored. Just don't delete the game because my games don't have cloud saving and deleting them will always wipe all progress. IAPs should be able to be restored by restore purchases button, and if that's not working, trying to buy them again.
