    Just beat Acceptance VI! Wtf!

I just took a few tries at VII, it seems a lot more reasonable. Maybe it's just me that gotten better tough. Will let it rest a bit now though.

I'm still stuck on the last level on depression and I'm finding that tough, a fun tough though.

I'm still in favor of a "normal" mode for us rotationally challenged.
Of course with a separate leaderboard (for squareheads), but at least it would give me something I can finish
Don't forget you are TA elite players. There exists a "rest of the world". With more money than the elite few, Mr Kumobius! ;)
And let's just say I'm good at a different type of game. I am!

    Kumobius -
As a musician I wanted to thank you for a) creating a game that has such excellent music, too often devs don't put as much effort and attention into the soundtrack as should be; & B) Thank you for putting Tim Shiel's credit so prominently on the game's opening screen. The music in this game is very important, and I'm glad I didn't have to do a google search to find the artist responsible.

Wow. I owe Kumobius for not trying out my day one purchase of Duet and only having tried it today. Because of that, i gave my game of the week vote to a different game.

Having played this, every part of me is saying this shouldve been my GotW.

I trusted Kumoobius since Time Surfer which became one of my favorite runners, but somehow missed playing this game right away when it was just sitting on my laptop.

The game's concept is one of the best and most original i've seen, and the execution, through the minimalistic visuals, superb ambient soundtrack and the flawless controls, makes this game a must-have for anyone with an idevice.

Would like to give this game a go but find it too highly priced, way to much.. Although good idea and pretty nicely executed, but I would dare say that compared to an rpg for example at 3$, the amount of development work is colossal compared to this game. I guess I will wait for a price drop, if that will come someday?
I definitely like this better that Pivot (same gameplay) and I would much rather buy Type:Rider at this price point

    Really? Must...restrain myself...from going on a tirade.

This game is excellent and challenging, it has a lot of content, and is just a well made quality game. And it's premium game with no IAP. If that's not worth $3, I don't know what it is.

Thanks for this post, do you mind if I use it in a slide for a presentation I'm working on as the penultimate example of why free to play is exploding on the App Store?

They could have charged double for this game and it would still be underpriced. Also don't think you can compare this to an rpg, on price or anything else.

Fwiw I also bought type rider and so far it's constantly crashing but it's still worth the price as it will be fixed eventually.

  18. Wow, EP made it to the party! Thought this would be your style of game, cause it's my style too. Good to see you also in the shmup threads nowadays. Take care.

I dont know where that came from, but because of the earthquake here yesterday, it's somehow appropriate. :D
