Is the gameplay/experience improved at all to justify the IAP?

Bought the paid version and wondering if this is worth it.

    Hi guys,

Thanks a lot for all the comments. In regard of this release, it's the full game for free, but now supported by ads and inapps:
    1) remove ads (1.99$)
    2) survival pack: credits + cristals + perks (0.99$)
    3) 3 skins pack (0.99$)

The ads are in the loading screen, when you die, and a small banner in the bottom of the pause menu, there are no ads during gameplay. There's a rewarded video ad that you can watch for some credits during the loading screen or skip it (appears every 4 or 5 loadings).
The prices of the guns and mods in the shop are higher than the paid version.

For those who already bought the paid version, you will get nothing extra in this one, there's an update for that version waiting for review, which contains the new character outfits, the improved color in the palette, the tutorials, the quest arrows that indicates the position of the tasks and some other tweaks.
The paid version will always remain paid with no ads or inapps.

We really appreciate your support and that is why we keep pushing forward, thanks!

I played through the paid version a couple times and I can say it plays great on iPhone and the controls are spot on. This game is a no brainer for free.

i have still installed the old paid version that works really fine on my 4S, and would like to know why it has become for 5 and newer devices only... from what i saw there was no substantial differences between 1.0 and 1.4, so i can't understand your pick to leave out 4S customers.

Are there still 4S devices out there in the wild?

Congratulations for the devs who didn't change the game in freemium !

I appreciate this way very much !

As someone who beta tested the original, I can say that while I never took to the combat system (even after the addition of shields and melee and cover, fights were still too button-mash-y for my taste), the game is hugely polished, original, atmospheric, controls splendidly, and has my heartfelt recommendation (for anyone who doesn't have quite the same demands on skill-based, intricate combat as me).

It doesn't hurt that the developer is very communicative and receptive, and ready to tweak their own product to better acommodate their players!

If you think you'll be spending money on IAP, grab this version. If not, buy premium and throw some ensured dollars Angry Bugs' way.

Nicely done. This is how you do post-premium freemium! :)

Great game that is very polished and has a nice long campaign to play through!

I'm bummed that you guys didn't make a decent amount of money on the premium version and hope that Plan B gets you the money that you need!

    Hey bro,

Thanks so much for the update on what exactly this is to us premium owners. I really got into this after you and all the testers (myself included) took to the bugs and issues we had with the early release that we bought.

Honestly I love to play this in bed when everyone is passed out. The hours just fly by. But it's not an easy game by any means. Some of the baddies in the (I want to say) 5th-6th levels were really beating me down.

I haven't played in a couple weeks since I got stuck. But I think tonight is as good a time as any to smash down.

Again thank you for being the Dev gamers dream to work with. You listened to our needs and brought a lot of talent and comedy into this Dark Action Adventure. Truly in a class of its own. ;)

I will forever support you for not making the paid version into f2p. I find it so disrespectful when other devs do this to their supporters, when a separate app can be released. I also feel that much attention isn't gained with a update to make f2p but more so when a separate app released. Dual release> single.

I always feel betrayed when that happens, Thanks truly.

For anyone just starting out, be patient in the beginning. It starts a little slow, but when the world opens up and the side missions start coming in, it's a lot of fun.

I hope Plan B makes a ton of money so they can get started on the sequel. Love the new app icon by the way.
