I updated it as soon as it popped up on my watch list. I had to actually search for the game and then update. It didn't pop up on my update screen like games usually do.
Same in the U.S. No longer in the stor. I actually deleted the game to reinstall it because after the update the jump button now shoots . Now I have two shooting buttons. More importantly I cannot even re download it. Geez, this is a mess. Getting a refund.
this is a pretty bad situation .....so didnt the developer double check the app on different device before launching? really expecting this one since i ve read some interesting news about this game , cant believe it turns out that bad ....
Well, I didn't want to repeat all the time the same, but the thread is pretty active and the messages fills the pages quick. Here it goes... The game is currently pulled from the appstore, the last update fixed part of the problem, but some users still are unable to play properly, we decided this move to work in the meantime on a more robust update without making more people pay for something that could be having issues. The main problem is that iOS 8.3 brings a lot of issues for some developers, in this case, us. We are working hard to get the game up and running for everyone so the best option was that one. I hope you all can understand us, our purpose is to bring the game to everyone and avoid being burned at the stake if possible : )
No problem. I hope you guys can get the bugs ironed out. Glad I could help with identifying some of the issues.
On a none game related note so a bit off topic I can't believe the amount of people who I've noticed these days that are so quick to buy and game an then go straight for a refund? If you can't spare a couple of pound for a game and demand refunds so quickly and often maybe you should have such an expensive phone and be playing games on it in the first place!
Yeah I agree with that. I'm saving my 'refunds' for a major issue in an expensive game. I think if you try for too many refunds specially in a cheap game like this you 'might' have issues at some point Course it's not ideal but this dev is very active here and friendly. Quite happy to be patient for the sake of a measely few dollars
I won't be cashing out yet I wont be asking for a refund, even though I foolishly downloaded the update to this rather than the new halo game before I got on my fight lol. It doesn't work, but I would rather give the dev a couple of quid and put some cash in their pocket to inspire them to create an update than not! Every time you ask for a refund to the small devs you are not only hurting them financially but also psychologically....eventually they may think "sod it, I've had enough" and jack it in.
Umm, no. I don't spend money on broken apps or anything else broken. U donate ur time and 'couple dollars' for the next nothing. Whatta sucker mentality. Maybe u shld keep ur convoluted logic to urself. I'm def lol.
First of all, how I spend my money is my business. I've been very patient with many developers in the past and the experience has been hit and miss. Secondly, I'm getting a refund because this release was a mess and still is as of this writing. I'm doing it on principle. I spend close to $150 a month on iOS items so $3 doesn't hurt. I'm fed up with the sloppiness of releases that have been occurring more often than in the past. In the current case, part of the problem was due to Apple releasing a version that wasn't ready for prime time but the other part of this equation is something the dev should have better accounted for. The development and testing of the game should've been more thorough. It wasn't.
Could a Mod please put a sign on the front door "Pulled", please? If people just would read some, not even all, just some pages back, than... Cole Daddy has an absolute legit point (mostly it needs two to mess up) and hey, it's a forum with opinions... @Devs Since i got a working version (besides my sound issues) and i reached level 12...is it foreseeable that i keep my progress after the update. Though, honestly, so many things messed up with this release, i'm a bit negative about it. But...i would start from scratch anytime, because this is a brilliant pearl in my books. The longer and complexer this survival story gets...it sucked me in, completely. Good luck!
Anyone know the password to the safe at the top of the far right tower in three towers? My hacking isn't high enough to even get me a clue
