The left side of the board (geographical north) is ripe for encirclement in this scenario and it is a cake walk (unless I am not careful). Central front is a tough nut to crack but the Southern front is undermanned. Need to reconsider how to use the reserves...

I was one of those that liked Battle of the Bulge but found it a bit thin on the ground in some respects, Drive on Moscow by comparison I have no such qualms, it's bloody brilliant and the team deserves a lot of kudos. The map and scenario are a masterpiece.
Won my first match as Axis last night on full campaign. If you make a fast move on the far right you can win easily. I drove to Kursk with 3 Panzer units and held it the entire time. The AI start sending reinforcements in that direction and while he does that, you start moving up the middle. Managed to completely encircle Moscow (never took it though)
The AI is terrible. It has no concept of suppy, either protecting or attacking it. I still think the game is 5/5 because the multi player is so good.
I need to try out multiplayer, I assume its the equivalent of PBEM? Game isnt easy per se, just that the AI can be fooled into feints fairly routinely
the AI is tough when playing the short scenarios but is much easier in the full campaign (although i did not manage to capture moscow yet,just encircling or going for VP's). What i miss is the"luck of the draw"mode from Bulge.That gave me much more replay value (although there are much more possibilities in DoM because of the larger map).Are there any plans to release this later? Great game!
Wanted to let you know that version 1.0.3 is live in the app store today! n version 1.0.3 weve: Added a new icon and subtitle. Check it out above. Improved balance on all three scenarios and the campaign. Clarified and fixed some bugs in player rankings. Scores will now be accurate. Fixed bugs in the tutorial and made minor corrections to the help section. Fixed several instances of freezes and crashes in AI games. You can get the update here.
The difficulty should be about the same. We balanced the game to make victory more even on both sides.
What about AI improvements - especially on the full campaign? It would be great, if there would be a greater challenge in games against the AI! BTW: Great new icon!
AI improvements are in the works. They didn't make it into this update but there are some plans for 1.1.
