Is this game only available in the U.S? The url says the app not available in my country Spain. I tried also my Japanese account and same thing. It's in an early release kind of thing or something and that's why is not available world wide?

It seems more like it is totally gone from the AppStore. I have the game on my device, but cannot find it in the appstore

edit: I can see a AppStore page for it in my purchase history. Try this:
    https://apps.apple.com/au/app/dreaming-dimension-deck-hero/id1549837723

    May or may not work

It does not seem to be working for me. Anyway with what I saw on the thread of this being a re-publish and now seemingly not available in some countries and maybe even possibly gone from the App Store I will hold on it. If they publish again I may try it but I am not going to throw money at it without reassurance that it is not going to disappear again :(

    Fair call;)

There’s plenty of deckbuilders on the AppStore for you anyway. Having played this one myself, although the actual combat is different, it clearly uses the Dream Quest style of map per floor, where you have a grid of squares with paths through those squares blocked by either fights, healing, or shops. This can make for some mildly interesting choices of pathing and which event to take first. (Like to heal before a fight but only use part of the heal or fight and then heal but risk being killed in the fight).

So yeh, check out dream quest if you haven’t already, and look past the graphics. But also know it hasn’t been updated in forever so the screen is not optimised to fit to newer devices (it’s windowed on the edges).
The dream quest dev mentioned he was working on a major overhaul (including graphics), ages ago now, but nothing seems to have come of that but there’s still hope.
