The gameplay mechanics are fairly simple, but how to actually get anywhere might be tricky. You are locked in a prison cell with very limited supplies and a random daily cash allowance. You'll use this daily allowance to buy cards, just random draws from some infinitely huge deck of cards. These cards are then your supplies, which consist of basics like food and water as well as a few random medications to keep you from getting various diseases or going insane. The true skill of this game comes from how you manage your randomly scavenged supplies. Each day you'll have access to a dynamic daily market you can trade cards either for straight cash (the only currency you can use to draw more random cards) or trade for a specific card (each day there will be 3 different card trades, usually in the form of trading a big batch of a given card type for 1 of the game's essential supplies). Do you risk selling off some food when you know you can get a great price for it, or hoard it in case no further food shows up for days on end in your random draws? You win the game by saving up 100 SSR cards before the deadline passes (some 350 or so days). sickdevilbear Active Member Mar 24, 2013 37 0 6 #4 sickdevilbear, Jan 19, 2017 Nice review! Thanks!
