Yup their right! I wasted my money for nothing! I can officially confirm there are NO gold statues in the game yet, do please don't waste ur money leveling up dragons yet! After all statues are silver save ur money in money form so you can get all the exp from making food and leveling up!!!! Feel free to add me on gamecenter if youd like to see for yourself! I'll post some screenshots too when I get home! So... NO GOLD STATUES! Save ur money for food and exp later!
Hmmm Let's lynch whoever said there was gold in that there statues ? I'm expecting a few more weeks for mine so why not Check on my own ? On the other hand, It wouldn't be the first time something didn't trigger right in this game... Remember the "got them all" achievement ? Or the double rainbow I got on my third ? All habitats, All shrines active, XP and level maxed out, more than half of my dragons are already 15th and I already clobbered my ranking to feed the things, so I'll probably keep going. Might actually get rid of another habitat for a fourth rainbow tho... I'm also starting the find the sandstorm infuriating.. Getting my first one was a breeze, I gave up documenting at about 30 attempts for my second one....
Yay!!! Just got another 48 timer from sonic/storm in that order second try reversed them came back 2 mins later and saw that freaking 48 guess it is my 7th already!!!
Only a few to go ATM, I have all dragons except for Sun and Rainbow! I have 2 Bones, 2 Reindeers and 1 Moon and planning to have 3 of all the base elemental dragons at different stages, 2 Rainbows, and 1 of eberything else. Still saving for EBC and leveling as many hybrid dragons to lv 10 to activate my shrines. Are you able to build more than 18 habitats beyond level 21? I'm level 21 now and need more space for dragons! Good luck with all your breeding endeavors!
New levels do not translate into more habitats. You just unlock the shrines. When you reach lvl 24 you unlock Air Shrine. Not sure what you unlock at level 25 though. Once I bred the Sun (last dragon) I started to level up my shrines. I have 2 storms waiting to hatch. That will take care of Lightning and Cold shrines. After that I would have to breed 35 Air dragons and 40 Water dragons and after that I can concentrate on levelling all dragons to lvl 15, which is going to take a very long time. Some people said that after you level all dragons to lvl 15 the shrines turn gold, but a couple of posters here said it was rubbish. I would find out in a week or 2 and report back then.
Gl on ur rares! I personally just keep 2 of each so I can bread as many as I want... At level 25 u get nothing! And you can add me on gamecenter (Feedmelol) to see that even with all statues unlocked and all lvl 15 dragons (with exception of The sun, moon, and rainbow) there are no gold statues! I'll also post a screenshot as soon as I figure out how lol! There are no hold statues... Unless mine is just glitching!
Moon achieved yippee xx Finally got my moon today from crystal and blue fire. It was actually hubby that bred them in normal breeding cave! I have tried that combination about 50+ times with no success and he got them first time! Not complaining now as that's them all. Just the shrines now till next update. Soooo happy (sad but true I know)
last night I finally got a 48 hour timer on firefly/seaweed on the EBC. I'm praying it's a rainbow but would settle for a moon. My friend got a moon from blue fire/crystal at night I got a sun with blue fire/crystal and cold/lightning during the day
What is the best way to get rainbow and sandstorm? I have tried lots for sand storm ( mud air, air moss, mountain air, earth sonic, ect.) I haven't tried as much with rainbow, but I need help with that, too. GC: zackdude4
A bit o/t but this game is top grossing in Australia. I dare say the devs have done very well from this game. Time to give some back with updates that do not require crazy amounts of IAP to enjoy.
Getting gold? Hi I am still trying to figure this all out. What is the best way to make money to be able to grow treats to feed my dragons fast? Seems like I run out of treats and money all the time now that I am working on the idols and also desperately trying to get a rainbow dragon. I think that one is never going to happen.
^make money by breeding fire/water every 2 hours to get an air. Put it in an air habitat then sell it at level 1. you get 12500 xp for putting it in the habitat and 500k for selling it. with 2 breeding caves u make 1 million every 2 hours, it adds up. You could just sell the egg, then you'd get less xp but whatever floats ur boat. on another note I JUST BREAD MY FIRST RAINBOW !!! Firefly/Seaweed baby!!
Well they have made it this way so that people with hundreds of millions and billions of coins drain their resources and have a reason to play! For me The best way is to make air hybrid dragons which are 8 hours breeding and 8 hour incubation totaling only 16 hours with a 1000000 coin selling price! Also the air hybrids can be used to level up the shrines! I made a lot of money doing the air/waters 40 fog dragons... 40 million made and both shrines unlocked! Other than that ur suppose to be always broke! As for rainbow it just takes patience! Interesting fact is that I never got one from the ebc but both of mine are seaweed and firefly in the regular cave (although which cave it was in is probably just coincidence. Also I used the same seaweed and firefly... Although its all luck with rainbow! So just keep trying with seaweed and firefly... For me it was 60+ try's for each rainbow.
^dude why would u make air hybrids to make money, 8 hour wait for 1 million selling price or 2 hour wait for 500k.. you tell me mathematically which is better
Have my own strategy at day airs and before i go to bed an air hybrid and in the ebc trying for rares that i haven't twice ( rainbow bluey and sandstorm )
I use EBI to breed Air/Sandstorm to level shrine with Airs and with the hope for a second Sandstorm. The only fail you can get there is 5 min earth. Use the standard breeding cave for water. I also use some of the proceeds of Air breeding to purchase water dragon eggs.
Thanks everyone I will definitely try those. Its seems logical when someone else says it lol. And yes when you r trying for the rarer dragons it. Would be worth still breeding for the 8 hrs instead of 2. I just need my extra island for breeding.
finally catching up on old threads... YAY! So happy for you...I believe Sandstorm came out in mid-late Sept, because it was already there when I first started playing.
