It annoys me too (already had Reindeer and Ghost fails) but I'm glad they do it. I don't want things to be100% exclusive. I like the idea of knowing if I miss something I at least have one chance a year to get it. I think it's great for new players too. But, yeah, it does make breeding a pain for people who are "caught up".
