I've found a way to stop it crashing as much on collection. This isn't only a problem with coins and food but breeding as well. I have found that when you can't see the coins collect right away, don't touch anything. It will look like it will crash but then lag into action again and not crash. So long as you don't hit the same thing twice it won't cash and if you leave it to catch up it is better. But still they should be testing this more before pushing an update out to everyone. The game is almost unplayable. Buck up BFS, I'm sure you get paid enough in IAP to work better than this.... /rant

Really makes for a frustrating user experience between the long load time and crashing 2-3 times a session then reloading. Half the time I just give up and quit.
Same problem here. Crashed on me three times this morning. The load time for DV is bad enough as it is without having to deal with crashing. On a brighter note, I got a Bronze last night on my second try on the EBI with Air/Iron (both level 15).
BFS posted today and stated they were aware of the crashing problem and had found a fix. An update has been submitted and is awaiting Apple approval. I think the Android fix is already available for download.
When these two were done I hit Retry and got another Bronze. That's two back-to-back. Need to run out and buy lotto tickets today.

Just got Bronze number 3 with Dodo/Chrome in the EBC. This one will be my display egg. Three in less than ten tries, I wonder if there's a glitch with the odds. I'm not usually that lucky.
I just did iron and air and got a Bronze on my first try. I wonder if you are right about the odds. I finally got an Amber!
Not having very good luck of late But at least I have 3 dragons I'm striving for ...Bronze, Double Rainbow, and Sapphire (for goal only).
New update out to address the crashing when collecting coins. Seems to have worked for me. Now if TA could finally get around to fixing the forum page count bug in the app...
I'm still getting small problems on coins collection. Not crashing but when I try to collect it going into the habitat rather than getting the coins. Also still having a problem with feeding/lagging as well. It is better at least I haven't had a crash yet.

It's out now! I was also waiting for it. Probably around the same time we had for the paper and that was 11 days.
