Got mine with glacier/water and same the second is prob gonna take more tries them my 1st which took long enough as it is. All the new ones are so hard to get *sighs*
The second could very well take awhile. From reading some of the DV forums it is a very rare dragon which is probably why they are giving us do long. The chance of getting one is in the 2% range. That said, I got my first after 10 tries or so.
Glacier and water worked for me. The second one did take a bit longer though. Good luck! What are you guys using for the rose?
I'm just plain irritated right now. It IS a good thing we get more dragons, but why so many limited at the same time and why not give us other good rhings as an island, a storage facility for decorations or something inventive and fun?!? Yupp, I'm abroad with limited access to wi-fi and really limited time aswell. See you Sunday. Just keepin g the mini rant going.
I got my first Rose with Air/Flower. Still trying to get a second one with the same combo though (both breeding cave and island).
I'm glad Backflip is giving us a few months for Century. Considering how many limiteds and new dragons there are, Century is on my back burner for a bit.
Anyone know how long the Rose Dragon will be around for? Wondering if I should take a break from Amethyst.
I keep getting 12 hr timers (yes!) only to find they're Smoke not Rose (waah ) Tried Butterfly/Flower once, got a 30 min fail and then saw (Sandbox) how many more fail options come with that combo. Chickened out. Grats to those who got Rose this way! And so now Century is on my back burner too.
YES! *doing the victory dance* Got my first Amethyst cooking on the island I have one of Rose, Century, and Amethyst....now going for the second of each. *Happy, happy, happy dance*
Got 2 seasonal fails cooking trying to get a Rose. Funny considering how difficult it was to get my first 2 seasonals. Now I have to wait 2 days before I can breed again. Also got 6 blizzards trying to get an amethyst.
I still not been having luck with the rose. I don't have a butterfly so I can't try that combo and I have been swapping air/flower, blazing/flower. Anything else I could try??
You could try Pollen/Flower. Think I'll give that one a few goes. EDIT: FINALLY have a Rose on the way (Air/Flower).... feels like forever, but it's only been, what, a couple days since it came out? And have another hopeful 12hr with Pollen/Flower. And now for a little more whining. I need: first Century (and 2nd) second Blizzard (hubby has sold off 3 of these as fails!) second Amethyst second Seasonal (hope i get one as a fail like u kasm) Congrats DeeNeez! ... nice happy dance. Oh and I envy your Century. HEY GIRLPOWER WHERE R U? AND ALYJENS? Miss u girlies. One more thing: jtfields - thanks for posting the Backflip video link, enjoyed it. "Do you know when the limited ones are leaving?" I think rose leaves on 24 th of Feb. Century in 100 days(less now, obviously). The rest are permanent.
Thanks mate, just need a third breeding cave and I may have a chance those 39 hr Amy fails are not doing us any favors!
