The Panlong at level 15 with 2 boost earns 411 coins. If you have a habitat full (3) you can earn about 75,000/hour but you have to go in and collect every hour. (earth habitat) The Gold Olympus at level 10 earns 194 coins. If you have a habitat full (3) you can earn about 35,000/hour but you only have to go in and collect every 12 hours. To have a Panlong habitat equal a Gold Olympus habitat you need to collect from the Panlong about 11 times a day.
I got many rain fails while trying for equinox with water & blazing (or reverse). Now that equinox is not available, the likelihood of getting a rain with this combo is quite high...fails are fog and blazing and all sell for 1 million. Good luck!

You have probably tried every combo available BUT in case you haven't : I got mine with Plant/Steel. Hope it helps.
DON'T GIVE UP!!! I finally got my first one last night after weeks of trying! I used cold and mine (for the millionth time - maybe a slight exaggeration!!) and nearly fell out of bed when I saw the 37hr 36min timer I think I was on a lucky streak because in my other cave I finally got an oly bronze that means I now have every dragon!!! Woop woop!............ Until tomorrow when the next gem dragon is released
I saw that earlier so I've had Plant/Steel going in the EBC and Air/Mine going on the EBI. It's so strange, I had no problem with Gold (in fact I have two) but Silver has been impossible. I've been trying non-stop for over a couple of months for the Silver pausing only briefly for any limited dragons.
I've been trying for that one off and on for a while. I was breeding plant and steel (both level 15). Yesterday I flipped it to steel and plant...and got my silver.

No silver I'm also silver-less too I have tried cold and mine, cold and steel, air and mine, plant and steel, and even cold and metal. And nothing. That and the rainbow is all I'm missing at the moment (of what's currently available). It's very frustrating. I did get my second equinox this morning using my first and a solstice, so that was nice. Oh silver, silver; wherefore art thou silver?
Funny, not even a sneak peak of the October dragon on their Facebook I've given up on a second Sapphire for my egg display ....
The Rainbow took me months but because I knew it was such a rare dragon I never specifically set out to breed it. I figured I'd just eventually get one by chance, which I did (I have several now.) The frustrating thing about the Silver is I've dedicated so much time to just trying to breed it with no success.
