Oh I know! It's so hard to see friends and especially kids try so hard and miss out on a dragon. My daughter didn't get a Peridot, her birth month. Wish I could've given her one.
Oh I'm sorry, I forgot Firework expired. It should be back next July. I don't think we've gone a full year cycle yet to see if limited holiday dragons return. Bone might be the first one- coming up next month.

A follow-up on my post about breeding Gold/Silver together. 2 tries and 1 Silver and 1 Gold. Silver was in regular cave and Gold in Epic. So we have 2 comfirmed cases of the pair working. We (Yasha and myself) were probably very lucky in getting them both in 2 tries but it does work.
Is fountain of youth worth getting? Also how do I get air? What's the easiest gemstone dragon to breed?
I personally love the fountain of youth because it allows me to turn the uglier adult dragons back into cute baby dragons. I got my air dragon by breeding water and fire together. Ruby was the easiest gem dragon that I've bred so far in DragonVale. I got one on the first try.

I read from a wiki that it's a 50/50 chance. I need a gold dragon soon Never thought of that. There are a lot of fugly adult dragons. Awww the ruby dragon. Was before I played. I hope they make it available next year
Fountain of youth allows you to have a 15th level Dragon (CASH!!!) that looks like a baby. Ie, not really. You can only breed the current gemstone dragon, so yoir question is pointless, and it's been so long for the air that I forget... F.
You can only breed the current month's dragon (which as of today is the Sapphire). Emerald and Sapphire were probably the easiest for me. Peridot probably gave me the toughest time. Any dragon where the required pair has a decent chance for producing a Crystal is tough to breed because the fails can be 24 hrs which after awhile gets very frustrating. I always want a minimum of two of each so I have an egg for display and I think it took me until the last week of the month to get my second Peridot.
In which case I may well have been playing for over a year, since wiki said the anniversary was 15th sept I assumed I couldn't have been playing before that! I know I started playing within a few days of it coming out. It's the longest I've ever played any game!
I do with all dragons except the gemstones, they have so hard to breed just one that I haven't even tried to get two! Easiest one for me has been saphire which I got first time.
So far I've been "lucky" and have gotten at least two of each (as I knock on wood.). But I work at it. I'm continuously breeding at all times. Still can't get a Silver though...
