How did you get your blue fire? I'm trying fire and storm to no avail but I get a sun instead and a lot of storm, firefly and scorch. Can you send me gems as well, I have 3 friends now including you and I give gems to them but if you already have 3 friends then you don't have to send me some but once in a while it would be nice.
tried a lot of storm + fire or fire + storm at first they were level 7 later both 10 finally there was an 12h egg
Well, my Sun egg is in the hatchery now, hopefully Ill get the moon in there with it before it hatches!
@ Hookedst40 Well done!!! LOL, this is the exact same combo I just got my Bluey with when I was trying for either Sun/Moon. Didn't even realize it could be BF, until I put the egg in the nursery....took a second glance and the moment I saw it was RED with white ice crystals..... I was stunned, numb, then whoop whooped.....gosh I had given up on this one literally 4 weeks ago. I haven't brought any gems since way back at approx lvl 14 and only got the min. 50 x twice. Normally I wouldn't do this, but made an exception this time mainly because I really felt the devs had put together a great app that didn't force me to have to buy gems to lvl up, but I felt the gems were quiet reasonable for the money and they went a long way for me cause I used them very carefully. Guess, it was my way to say thank you for a great app, plus I couldn't get the tree dragon to save myself...continual moss instead and it was a long incubation each time.....so in the end, I used my precious gems to get one. Still one of my fav dragons, named Trez after my closet friend Treza Never to be sold, and only been able to breed one ever since which I still have. I personally don't think buying or not buying gems hinders our chances with the rarer dragons.......for example....you already have the Sandstorm which I had tried first with air/mud 16 times, then a few other combos...all so far to no avail. With these rarer dragons....two of my friends also got this Sandstorm (when trying for something else) they were both 4-5 lvls lower than me and neither have brought any gems....one since also has the rainbow and the Bluey. Out of interest, do you recall what combo you used to get Sandstorm? Maybe I should test that theory and now go back to trying Air/mud again? One thing I know for sure....I won't be buying 1000 gems to get Sandstorm! Trouble is I really would love Moon next, such an adorable little gal....gotta be a girl cause these eye lashes are to die for I love hearing when someone FINALLY gets a dragon they have literally spent weeks (plural) trying to get cause I know exactly how they feel and it gives me renewed hope to keep trying.....even when it gets very trying hehe They didn't give up either On a positive note, I have emailed backflip studios three times, same contact person and he has replied to all emails, they are open to suggestions and do advise they will pass these onto the devs....haha, they know I love this app.

What does 79 cents get you, is it the treats? You are not meaning gems right? That's pretty good alrighty Example here in Oz, 50 x gems = $1.99, 750 treats = $0.99 We do seem to pay a higher price regardless of what the exchange rate is Whether we choose to spend or not is just that though, our choice

I think theres a glitch, I noticed that too. If you shut down the app completely they show up. Works for me anyway. Thank you Narakai. Keep at it, I'm sure the Sun will come along eventually. I've been trying to get blue fire for about 3 days, all fails (Sun was a Bonus!!), patience is a virtue lol...
Whooooo hoooooo sun is in the nursery. I used a level 10 crystal and level 10 blue fire and sped up the breeding when I saw the 48 hours. There it was my sun egg. Happy happy

I got sandstorm from air (lvl 10) + mud(lvl 10) repeatedly then took a break tried something else once and then went back and got it. Same deal with Blue Fire...so maybe there is something to this method...either that or my kid has the magic touch! And BTW it is a blue fire egg in the hatchery. I would also love to add another breeding cave...

That's awesome.I got Sandstorm with Air+Mud on my second try. I have been trying Cold+Storm for Sun/Moon dragons but just recently switched to Cold+Scortch. Any ideas? After a few fails I'll try Fire+Storm again. Hopefully I'll get it then. Also congratz to the others who scored a rare dragon(sorry, can't remember all the names). Any suggestions? I have all the dragons except BlueFire, Sun and Moon. I think. Taitai1999
now i will be getting 2 crystals the first egg with earth + lightning and the second one with air + quake i read that air + earth hybrid = sandstorm new update
Oh thanks Taitai Nice to see you back Bluey was a wonderful surprise, unexpected but so welcome Thought I would give Sanstorm another go (it's been a while) with my same Air/Mud combo in the hope that after a break it would work for me too.... Nope, it's a fog! I did try 16 back to backs with this combo already, so maybe the theory that has worked for others ain't gonna happen for me Currently trying Fire / Storm again for either moon/sun, no go so far. Maybe if you persevere with Fire/Storm for a while ....mine were both lvl 10 and it was either the 3rd or 4th attempt that gave me my Bluey. At least with this combo you may get moon/sun or Blue Fire? I hope you do get your Bluey soon, fingers crossed for you
