I hate crystal dragon! Crystal fail on first try! What are they doing to us!? It's a rhetorical question. I know exactly what they are doing to us and why!
Me to! Crystal must be the most annoying fail and it's sooooo ugly! Tick tock tick tock! I only have 2 weeks for this one as will be away for a couple of weeks and dont know what the wifi will be like! PANIC!!! Thats if my hubby and kids even let me take my iPad.......... So sorry for those who didnt get ruby, here's to better luck with peridot Got silver and gold Olympic, can't seem to get bronze!
I really agree with Jazbo and everyone here about this Peridot combo. Crystal has been the bane of my Dragonvale existence in fails. Hey, I'm also trying to get a Bronze too! Finally realized I got another Silver a few hours ago. And now I got another Crystal with Air and Quake
Really? x2 All I get is bronze, when I get one at all. What'd you use for gold/silver? Sorry if you've posted this already... short term memory here. Edit: oh yes, smuggle away your pad!! Let's hope you have wifi and closet DV time... remember Andy's vacay? He had unexpected wifi...heehee. Ok sorry. Selfish of me.
On a different note I noticed that the golden spinning wheel has very few crystals now to be awarded. Previously it was very rare when crystals were not part of spinning wheel award. Now you don't get them most of the time.
:/ Only special dragon I've had luck with is the moon dragon that's the only one I've ever got :/ none of the darn combinations work for me
I'm trying to get a gold. I have silver, bronze, and two bronze eggs incubating, but haven't gotten the gold (classic Canadian here). Also still need the actual gold dragon (not olympic), and the Peridot, which I'll start on as soon as I get the Olympic gold.
I noticed that too. I only got one gem once a couple of days after the update. Now, they barely appear on the wheel at all.
There should be a trading functionality, where you can trade combinations of dragons, gems, cash and food! - DD
I got both my Olympics with air and quake. Now i don't know whether to stop trying for bronze and concentrate on peridot? I've got a week until I go away so going to be frantically trying for next few days! Have to go to work in this time as well unfortunately! My iPad is def coming on holiday with me and then I'll be on the look out for wifi cafe/ bars! MUST GET 3 peridot's! . How sad am I?
Dragon Track Gold Wheel Results After a few comments concerning the # of gems on the spinner and personal experience of landing on very few gems, normally 1 or 2 spaces away, I tracked the results for 50 spins on the Gold Wheel. Out of the 50 spins below is the # of gems spots on the wheel and my results: 12 out of 50 had no gems, only coins and treats (I am level 35) 15 of 50 had 1 gem space 13 of 50 had 2 gem spaces 7 of 50 had 3 gem spaces 2 of 50 had 4 gem spaces 1 of 50 had 5 gem spaces From the 38 spins that had 1 or more gems, 12 of 38 times I was two spaces away from a gem 12 of 38 times I was next to the gem space 1 of 38 times the wheel stopped on the gem spot Anyone else have similar results? Landing on gem spaces cannot be random. With 12 spaces on the wheel, more gems should be landed on especially compared to the # of times that it stopped next to or two spaces away. If the wheel stopped 12 times next to the gem space, the probability of landing on the gem space should be half of this result or over all 8.3% of time when 1 gem space, 16% of time when 2 gem spaces, 25% of spins with 3 gem spaces, 33% of time when 4 gem spaces, etc. I know 50 spins is a small sample size but the %s seem the same as what I have been experiencing the past couple days. 200-500 spins would be a better sample size but too much other things to take care of. C'mon BFS, tweak the server %s or get this bug fixed so that the wheel results are more statistically random. Good luck all chasing the Oly dragons and Peridot - boo for Crystal fails!!
