actually I just accidentally made an air dragon by breeding a water dragon with an air dragon so I have hope lol.... and I read somewhere that if you have a rainbow habitat you have a better chance of getting a rainbow dragon

Hi all. I started this game a little over a week ago and after a quick browse on here for a good rainbow combo, I have a 96 hour wait untill I hatch the cute little guy! I used a Seaweed (10) / Firefly (10) and after a couple of Flower, Seaweed and Swamps I finally got one! Next up the Blue Fire! Thanks for the tips guys! I would also love to find 3 people who would like to share gems daily, will share back.

I don't have a Sandstorm....and have been trying for a second Rainbow and Blue Fire since lvl 18, pretty sure I did say second rainbow and blue fire Have been trying for the three of these for 26 days now, still no go Have been and visited your Islands too, looking good. About breeding Hi all. I've been searching Internet looking for clues on breeding, because it seems to be random but if so, at last, the achievements should give us a regular result and not being so difficult getting a Rainbow, Blue Fire or Sandstorm. Anyway, I still go on investigating but I saw here you're really interested in getting answers and, although I have no really good information yet, I decided to write here my own tries, hoping they may help somebody. So... I have an iPhone and an iPad, but it's different in both of them. IPHONE: 1.) I'm level 19 (half 20) 2.) I have, at least, one dragon from each type (although not reached achievement yet, don't know why... all types are lvl 10) 3.) My RAINBOW = SEAWEED 10 + FIREFLY 10 (Before, 2 times FF10+SWEED10 = SCORCH). 4.) My BLUE FIRE = ICE 10 + FIRE 7 (just after getting my first Willow and Sonic) 5.) My SANDSTORM = AIR 10 + MUD 10 (Many tries before that) 6.) My BONE = LAVA 10 + AIR 10 (Just by chance, I was trying to get a SandStorm) 7.) For more info, I have all decorations, all buildings... everythig, but I cannot get a second Blue Fire IPAD: 1.) I'm level 18 2.) I have almost all. No Moss, Sonic or Fog and, of course, no Blue Fire, Bone or Rainbow. 3.) My SANDSTORM = AIR 10 + TREE 10 (Many tries before that. Got just after getting my first Mud) MY TRIES ON IPHONE: Trying Rainbow 1.) FIREFLY 10 + SEAWEED 10 = SCORCH x 2 2.) SEAWEED 10 + FIREFLY 10 = RAINBOW Trying Blue Fire 1.) SANDSTORM 10 + AIR 10 = AIR x 3 If anybody is interested I can add my tries on iPad, but until now no Rainbow or Blue Fire even with other combinations. I also don't know why keep playing this... really don't think it's random, there must be another factor influencing, just for mathematics it's not possible so many people trying and not getting those dragons after so many tries and it takes too many hours waiting for next try... No Bone Man, for some reason the bone dragon is my nemesis... I have now had 21 lava dragons in a row while trying for that darn thing. I got a rainbow faster than this! Getting pretty tempted to just buy it, but then I know the next thing I hatch will be a bone dragon.
Nope It was not been confirmed. According to DragonVale Wiki, it doesnt exsist but who knows? It could. Personnally I don't believe it but anyone else could. Hope this helps, Taitai1999
Some people have got a rainbow at lvl 12. My GC friend got a sandstorm when trying for something else at lvl 16 GRR. Personally, I think the second rainbow and blue fire are proving to be much harder to get at lvl 20. From my research, looking at rainbow breeding charts, comments etc. the majority seem to have got theirs at lvls 17....18. After 16 tries for Sanstorm, with air/mud, I need a break, so now on my 5th attempt at second rainbow AGAIN.....I seriously need a lucky break at one of these just to lift my spirits. I have 2 empty rainbow habitats just waiting for their babies....the third one will be sooooo easy to get ( 2 x rainbows = 3rd) I just want one on each Island, thinking at different age levels maybe. Yes, rainbow egg is like a pearl white with Rainbow specs. The time seemed to take like forever to finish breeding, then hatch, but when you know what you will have, it's a nice relief. I kept mine as a baby for quiet a few hours just to enjoy the moment, then a juvenile for a bit, then adult.....didn't wait too long though, cos I wanted the Max coins.....you will definitely notice your coin account rise much faster once you get a rainbow and blue fire. Mind you at lvl 20, nothing to spend it on anyway.
