Getting irritated. I've been tryin for clover and have gotten 3 more unwanted trees after I finally got my moss. Just tried moss and poison and got a 10 hr so I think I have another lava .
That's great! And again, it's really good that you have the option of buying if you get tired of ranting and breeding. The Frostfire seems to be my nemesis. I'll try a little bit longer for number 2. Bone for Halloween 2011 and Reindeer for Christmas 2011 are rares that hopefully will arrive again in 2012. If BFS don't decide to have another edition for 2012. Then we have to hope for a trading function for those who want and NEED older versions of dragons. So, thinking about it, are there any rares/special editions I've missed? Bone / Halloween 2011 Reindeer / Christmas 2011 Love / Valentine's day Feb 14th 2011 Leap year / Feb 29th 2012 (every 4 yrs) Panlong / Chinese year of the dragon (every 12 yrs) Clover / St. Patrick's day 2012 Just curious to know if I have something else to rant about.
I still need to rant sometimes and you have all the dragons congrats.I hope you get your second frostfire. I got the second of that one with gems it was making me mad too. That is really funny I got the sun,moon and rainbow easy it was sandstorm,panlong,frostfire and clover that where a pain.Sometimes I am not good at waiting when I want something.
Frostfire was the hardest for me except for Sandstorm #1 & 2. But this darn Clover #2 is going to be joining the PITA list soon. Yasha, the ranting is good and seems to break the failure spell, so rant away about getting that #%^*£ Frostfire #2. I have these visions of the Great Dragon in the sky watching, laughing and hitting the success button when he thinks we can't take it anymore. LOL! Good luck!!!
Hello everyone! I am a girl from Sweden and an old gamer of Dragonvale. I have been a lurker of this forum for some time now but I finally decided to become a member. You guys seem like a nice bunch of people. I dont know anyone who plays this among my friends so I hope I can get some friends here. My ID for the game is Jaedze, I hope we can become friends^^ I have at least one of each dragon and right now I am trying to get my statues to gold, they are silver now. But it requires a great effort but I do not want to cheat and I have never used money (so far^^) Oh and by the way I got my Clover with Flower/Moss both level 12. It took 6 tries for the first and 2 tries for the second with the same combo.

Hey, after numerous trees and lavas, I was lucky' and got a clover! Got it with a brand new flower/moss both lvl 7 Trying to get a second one is taking even longer but haven't used any gems at all and just keep rebreeding .....mainly trees, a few lavas and only two mosses, with a flower or poison every now and then... Oh well, Easter is not far away, so we better keep checking our egg market cause we all know how BS like to just sneak a newbie in when we aren't looking In the meantime, happy breeding to you all, I really hope you all get your clover Youre an awesome bunch on here and thank you' friends
My sentiments exactly...not convinced I care enough to achieve gold shrines, I like having a variety of dragons displayed....what happens when you get all gold shrines? Anything special?
If you get the Fountain of Youth you can level up the quake to get max dragon cash and keep the cute factor! That's what I did...it is one of my fav's too!
I'm with you! I love having a variety of dragons. It is, in essence, the best part of the game. Sure, I could switch to all Rainbows, but then I'm just a commercial dragon factory. No thanks. I guess I'll continue to be frustrated by the shrines.
I got all my shrines to silver simply by breading dragons, leveling them to 10 and immediately selling them off. Even my 8 rainbow dragons don't generate enough cash to repeat the process all the way to level 15.
I have a quick question. My iPod was recently stolen. If I get a new one with the same apple account, will I have to start again on dragonvale or will I still have all my stuff? When it was stolen I had every single dragon in the game except rainbow and bone (I started playing too late).
Did u have findmyiphone installed? I do..and If someone tried to steal my baby I'd chop their damn head off with a carving knife. Anyhoo Nit sure if you'll have to start again but I don't think so, long as u were signed into game centre it should have saved your account.. I have almost an entire island full of rainbows..27 to he exact.. 17 rainbows and 10 lep hears actually.. Then I have 1 water hab and one earth hab, I keep collecting the cash from the rainbow habs every 2 days I get 1 million from each hab (27mil total) then I straight away set all the farms to make 5 million dollar beanstalks that make 100k food..then in the proccess of all that I'm constantly breeding panlongs , leveling them to 15 and selling them, always keep 4 adults to have 2 lots of pans breeding at once. Then once all the panlongs element shrines have leveled up completely, I'm going to then level up love dragons, then after that, cold dragons. It's not tedious logging in once every 2 days..so it really doesn't frustrate me..even though it's a big task getting good shrines..the way I'm doing it seems to be the easiest.. I have all the other dragons still too..there just chilling in the hibernation cave..I'll bring em back out once I have all gold shrines.. Hopefully backkflip will have raised the habitat cap by then. Even though the shrines are annoying..i would really start on them if you plan to keep playing dragonvale cause I'm almost certain in months to come your going to need level 20 dragons to breed super rare dragons that'll only be available for high level dragons to breed..thats why I'm doing it. I've already got 20 fires crossed off my level 15 fire shrine...and I haven't been doing this that long really..maybe 3 weeks if that..
What is the best way to get an air dragon? Also, do you have to be a certain level to get the frostfire bluefire(I think that is the name)? We keep breeding and kee getting ice or iceberg. Thanks
With so many new dragons (and more to come) it would be nice to be able to have a few more habitats. The fun of Dragonvale is breeding all the different dragons AND displaying them. I too feel bad having to put so many in the hibernation cave.
Stolen iPod Oh, Noob! I am so sorry! I think I would die if I lost mine. Hope you signed up for the location feature. It was included several updates ago. If you have, you can lock your iPod remotely. I think since DV is played online thru your GC account, you should be able to pick up where you left off, provided the #%^$ perpetrator didn't sell off all your dragons. Good luck!
Shrine strategy Great strategy! I think I may be joining you & Swarmski on this. It will be hard since I'll miss all my babies. Think I'll save for my 6th island & set it up as the $$$$-maker. Then I won't have to undo my island designs too much.
I'm loosing my mind!!!! Well, ranting does help. I've been complaining about Clover #2 eluding me, so imagine my surprise when I saw a Clover egg in my nursery about to hatch this AM!!!!! I had tended to the Kingdom right before bedtime and I guess I must have missread the timer and didn't look at the egg when I moved it into the nursery! So my brain dead state led to a happy surprise! Trouble is, I don't even know which combo worked so I could share with all of you.... Congrats, Girlpower on your first Clover! It was good to hear from you so we know you're alright. Will look forward to hearing from you again after your break Don't stay away too long!
